The hotel was very clean, rooms were big and comfortable bed. The swimming pool was a good size and over looked the city.
The staff were friendly, the front desk could not do enough to help, booking taxis and explaining where to go.
This hotel is close to the skytrain station, however not close to restaurants and bars. We did have a drink at the roof top bar, nice views but this we did fine expensive.
Would recommend staying here for a couple of days.

The location is amazing, just infrastructure of one of the stations of the skytrain. Said that, it was really noisy at night, you can hear the trains,and l was in the 18th floor!
Do not make the mistake of eating in the top floor restaurant though. View is spectacular, food is good but when it came to the bill, its a trap. I ate a main course and a dessert plus one drink, 200 baht plus per dish, plus service charge, l was thinking around 700+ baht. Bill came to more than a 1000 baht. They couldn't explain why and then when l paid they didn't accept cash. With so many places to eat in the city, don't bother.

Quirky interesting rooms and lots of high tech (some of which isn’t working) but details lacking. The hotel seemed understaffed and so those that do work there are stretched and not as friendly as in other hotels we have been too. Drinks very expensive and white wine undrinkable. Side light didn’t work, our friends room wasn’t made up despite requesting this, breakfast is hit and miss re crockery and food etc. Good location for skytrain and clean common spaces.

On arrival we were eagerly greeted by the bell boys who were very helpful and friendly. I was underwhelmed by the reception area and after arriving on an early flight we had to occupy ourselves until the room was available. We went to the pool area which is very good but the changing area is in need of some maintenance.
I was initially impressed with our room on the 31st floor especially the big bathroom with shower and free standing bath with fab views, and a separate toilet area. All modern and chic looking but not finished to a high standard on closer inspection.
I didn’t sleep well as I found the room noisy with traffic noise and AC plus too much light as there was no door between bedroom and lobby area.
All the staff were excellent, breakfast had a great choice and the location ideal for the MRT and boat pier.

The hotel offers clean rooms with a beautiful view. However, I experienced a minor issue with the bathroom, as water tended to accumulate in the shower area, which made it feel unsafe. Nevertheless, the staff were highly professional and proactive in assisting me. Mr. Ryan, a member of the hotel staff, kindly escorted me to view a larger room and arranged a complimentary room upgrade, which was greatly appreciated. We will certainly return to stay here again in the near future.

I arrived one day prior to my scheduled stay, and Ryan (Night Manager) was exceptionally kind and professional. He generously offered an early check-in along with a special breakfast arrangement, which made my arrival very comfortable and pleasant. The room was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed with a compact yet efficient layout. Overall, I was very impressed with the service and hospitality, and I truly appreciated the attention to guest comfort.

God base area for the train and river taxi (once you get the knack of crossing roads!) Didn't hear any traffic noise despite busy road outside. Rooms very clean and well equipped. Never figured out the TV! Never ate here (besides breakfast). Turn left, past the BTS steps and turn left again. walk 7-8 minutes, you hit a great drag of shops. Plenty of 7/11's about for snacks. We visited the rooftop bar for the 'spectacular view' and after 5 minutes, when we said we were just chilling after flying in from the UK, were asked to order something or leave, 'We are a restaurant'...... We left...and we won't be back.......

This is a very swish hotel but I didn't gel with it and I don't know why. Stayed with partner for 3 nights, the staff are lovely and it has great views but the rooms are quite business like and are dominated (ours was by the bath). Great roof top bar, but very pricey wine (£10+ for glass of house wine). It is a nice hotel though and clean. Go out of the hotel and go left and left and you hit a amazing hindu temple and streets of cheap eats and normal shops. It is not near touristy shops and is actually on a main road - which thankfully you can't hear. It does have a loverly pool area.

The mode Sathorn is a very beautiful hotel. Its location is perfect right next to the BTS offering excellent transportation to anywhere you need to go!!
The staff are very friendly and helpful and always offering to assist no matter what. The spa and pool is so beautiful perfect for relaxation.
Hon (manger) and his staff are so welcoming you will not be disappointed if you stay here.
We will definitely stay at the mode Sathorn on our next trip to Bangkok

My stay at Mode Sathorn Hotel Bangkok was a wonderful blend of style, comfort, and city sophistication.

The room was beautifully designed, with soft lighting, a panoramic skyline view, and one of the most comfortable beds I’ve experienced in Bangkok. Every detail — from the linens to the textures — reflected thoughtful design and care.

The staff were kind and attentive, making the experience warm and effortless. And the rooftop bar? Absolutely stunning — the perfect spot to enjoy the golden hour or a nightcap under the stars.

Mode Sathorn is a true urban luxury stay — modern yet welcoming, chic yet relaxing.

Brilliant hotel, fantastic rooms, very attentive, polite staff who will do anything to make your stay better.
The roof bar on the 38th floor has a magnificent view, and again the staff are excellent.
My one and only complaint is, if you go to the roof bar, a beer is well overpriced. I’m sure they want to make it fairy exclusive, but there is a line to be drawn, when you have to spent more money on two beers, than you do going around the corner for a 3 course meal of street food (which is excellent) and good beer !
I think if beers are booked to a room, there should be a hefty discount to encourage residents to use it.

This is a fabulous hotel in financial district of Bangkok. Right next to Sky train, river and night bazaar 15 minutes walk. Lovely coffee house on ground floor. All staff very polite and can’t do enough. Roof pool and bar with amazing views, great place to cool off after sight seeing. Also ate at roof top restaurant on first night and food was really good. As were the drinks and view.

Stayed here last Friday night. The staff were lovely and we really appreciated the free room upgrade and welcome drinks. The room was clean/comfortable, but the layout was a bit awkward and some of the furniture was a little scuffed. Also, inky one of the elevators was working so was a bit slow to wait sometimes. Still, it was a comfortable stay overall and a nice little escape.

This is a good located hotel. SkyTrain station right opposite. 15min walk to the river for the boat up to the Grand Palace. Lovely high rise pool to cool off in after sightseeing. Good choice at breakfast. Big comfy room. Excellent rooftop bar for views of Bangkok at night. Staff are very friendly. Will stay here again
