入住超级棒，特别感谢帮我办理入住的Alisa姚婷，因为我临时多加一天，分开的预订。Alisa了解之后，帮我合并了预订，这让我省去了换房的麻烦。而且在她的推荐下，我只需要付一点点费用就升级了一间超级棒景色的房子。这是我第一次入住上海悦榕庄，真的让我非常惊喜。之后回国，就是第一选择。

We loved this resort overall, the rooms were amazing, the property quality was great!
Pros:

The breakfast buffet was amazing. Service was also fantastic. Esp liked the champagne available and pastry choices. We also loved the spa and beautiful rooms

Cons:

The hotel could have had better wine and liquor choices and the rooftop bar service was very bad. We waited for our table for 20 minutes even though we had a reservation. Also drink quality was not great and service was extremely slow there. Disappointing unfortunately but spectacular views!

The rest of my trip after the bund was great.
Pros:

The view of the river from the room is wonderful, as promised. The room is very comfortable and facilities are well maintained. The bathroom and spa bath is extremely nice.

Cons:

Tried to communicate with the hotel staff to help with restaurant booking but was unable to get helpful tips and ended up going to the nearby mall without any reservations, after a long day of flying into shanghai.
