Perfect location! Right in the heart of Sanur. Rooms are a great size.
Hotel is under renovation and a bit rundown in some areas.
The greeting on arrival was lovely .
The check in staff were not overly friendly
I stayed here with friends, they have large room but dated. Weak shower pressure and bathroom amenities felt like a 3-star hotel in Ubud. Breakfast: average. Pastries weren't crispy, limited selection despite having an a la carte menu. Stingy for the price point. Would not return. There are better options in the area for the same price.
Excellent all round. Wonderful staff, beautiful beach setting, excellent breakfasts and great beach bar and restaurant. Loved our stay here. Will definitely come back
Loved the location, pool and rooms are gorgeous.
Very clean and well maintained
Det venlige personale, som hele tiden var til rådighed. Der var fitness. Der var håndklæder i fitness og poolen. Der var en virkelig god morgenmad. Der duftede godt og var meget velplejet, også de “offentlige” toiletter. Og der var ro, selvom var børn.
Der manglede et sted til de våde håndklæder og badetøj.

Luxurious staycation place in the heart of beachfront Sanur with traditional glam old but gold energy everywhere. The main pool is so stunning and aesthetic, the Junior Suite Room is huge and super comfortable with great amenities, awesome Sansara Spa, nice and quiet beachfront side, great food and beverages served at Pier Eight and Layang Layang Restaurant. Location was good. Staff were lovely
The place was very dated. Pool was very underwhelming, no atmosphere, no music, no shade except for umbrellas. Feel like we paid premium 5star rates for a very underwhelming experience.
Excellent grounds, so well maintained. Best buffet breakfast in all of Bali! Pool and pool staff are exceptional.
Mattress could have been more comfy but that's me being fussy.
