No shade at the pool - needs some trees and the around the pool gardens need some love- looking a bit sad compared to the lush public beach path and other properties nearby
Accessibility- The path to anywhere was a long walk around the rooms - make some pathways through the gardens perhaps.

Spacious room and friendly staff. Spa was amazing. Pool is elevated from the ground level so there is a bit more privacy.
We booked two suites - both rooms are not clean. Bathrooms did not have bath amenities. Toiletries were minimum. Bathtub flooded during a bath due to clogged pipes! Just not up to par. The breakfast is good but no variety. Service is rather slow (coffee/tea usually takes over 5 mins to arrive and there is no self-service). The showers has strange sewerage smell. Sadly for us, with the 18 hours travel to get to Bali for one week holiday, we could not afford the time to find alternative solution to make our holidays better. Pool is small. Property has little to no activities. Restaurant menu is average so we ended out going to the surrounding restaurants.
The breakfast was good. I had a really good coffee. The swimming pool was clean and we were given free towels. All the staff were very friendly and helpful and our room was peaceful and looked out to the gardens.
I don't know I thought everything was great. If I had to pick something that I would suggest to improve on (which is hard to find because everything was fabulous) I would say we wished the pool was open for longer.

A nice and quiet resort. Everything about this resort was large, the rooms were very spacious, the resort gardens and the pool was huge. Lovely food at the resort with plenty of food options close by and set on the beach.

We arrived very late at night and were warmly welcomed in the lobby. We stayed in the three-bedroom villa and, although a little run down, it was beautiful with the whole family having lots of space. The private lap pool was some 15m long and enjoyed by all.
We did experience some water coming into the villa through the closed windows due to torrential rain one night, but it was dealt with promptly with the windows being sealed the next day.
Highlights were the amazing selections and service at breakfast. I have been lucky to stay at some wonderful hotels and resorts over my time, and this was an excellent breakfast buffet with a la carte options included. Along with the usual options, there was a juice station where the staff were happy to make fresh juices to your heart's desire, a traditional Balinese station and a wellness station for all your acai and smashed avo needs. Coffee was great too. Beds were very comfortable and ensured everyone had a wonderful sleep. Grounds were well tended to. Beach was clean too. Every single staff member was warm and friendly and made our vacation that extra bit more special.

90m2 Zimmer mit Blick aufs Meer. Super Terrasse. Tolles Frühstück. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeitende. Sehr großzügiges Badezimmer. Die Facilities sind auch noch nach dem Check out nutzbar. Es wird ein Zimmer zum Frischmachen zur Verfügung gestellt. Nachhaltigkeitskonzept vorhanden.
