Et virkelig dejligt hotel med masser af service.
Pros:

Det venlige personale, som hele tiden var til rådighed. Der var fitness. Der var håndklæder i fitness og poolen. Der var en virkelig god morgenmad. Der duftede godt og var meget velplejet, også de “offentlige” toiletter. Og der var ro, selvom var børn.

Cons:

Der manglede et sted til de våde håndklæder og badetøj.

The place was very dated. Pool was very underwhelming, no atmosphere, no music, no shade except for umbrellas. Feel like we paid premium 5star rates for a very underwhelming experience.

Excellent grounds, so well maintained. Best buffet breakfast in all of Bali! Pool and pool staff are exceptional.

Good location on the beach. Staff very friendly.

Cons:

As we had a two bedroom Villa we were very very disappointed with not having any crockery, saucepans, utensils or cooktop to prepare meals for a family / children / baby. 5 day stay costing $5,000 was disappointing as this was our main point for booking a Villa with a kitchen.

Facilities is unexpectedly bad given that I was being charged for 400 USD per night.
Pros:

Staff’s being helpful and very attentive attitude. Got a complimentary services by hotel manager Deby although we were off to a bad start

Cons:

Facilities are too worn out and toilet smells real bad on the first night, roof was leaking as well and we got locked out at the balcony while there was an instruction to keep the door shut. Totally not worth the money being charged. This is truly solely the owner’s fault and there is no other one to be blamed for

Cons:

No shade at the pool - needs some trees and the around the pool gardens need some love- looking a bit sad compared to the lush public beach path and other properties nearby
Accessibility- The path to anywhere was a long walk around the rooms - make some pathways through the gardens perhaps.
Under renovations so perhaps it isn’t always like this ?
