Free spa & the size of the rooms
The only reason why it was not a 10/10 was that the garden could've been a bit more lush to make it prettier. We had garden view rooms, but the garden looked meh
Great property, very luxurious and the staff couldnโt do enough for you. Would definitely recommend.
The staff were so attentive and friendly and the pool area was lovely

The breakfast was very good, also the other restaurants for dinner. The room was big and well decorated.

The hotel is very big and its a long walk distances. The kids club is very old.
I woke up in the middle of the night because of smoke come in from outside. In the morning i told to the hotel crew and asked them to close the spaces in the door but they told me everythings ok and disrispected us. Its very known the locals burn their rubbish outside, maybe very close to the hotel so its not ok, i got sick because of that.

Staff were beautiful. The 2 bed pool villa was very comfortable and the beds were just divine. The pillows and mattress most comfortable in bali hands down. Buffet breakfast was exceptional.
Only thing I would improve is music around the pool area.
