super comfortable for business travel.
Pros:

the location was excellent. The bed was very comfortable. Everything was clean. the breakfast was good if not a bit simple.

Cons:

the gym is small. I wish it was bigger and that you had a pool or a hot tub.

Everything was great

Cons:

Parking fee is not included into the price.
180$ were charged from my account by mistake. Even though stuff at reception assured me that this amount will be refunded together with deposit of 150$, it was not pleasant to get to know at checkout

It was very nice and clean with comfy beds.
Pros:

The beds were very comfy, everything was clean, and the staff were very helpful and friendly

Cons:

The website and listing on booking.com states that the hotel has public parking, but when it came down to it, the parking garage for the hotel had a sign that said “valet only”, and all other public parking garages seemed to be out of commission, so the choice was either pay $60 for valet, or park on the street.

Also, our door was broken, and had to be slammed in order to fully close. Not that big of a deal, but I didn’t want to be loud when we are so close to other rooms.

Lovely, would of stayed longer if I could
Pros:

Great location, lot of shops, restaurants, and coffee spots that are walking distance. Valet super nice, front desk super nice, whole hotel very clean.

Cons:

You could hear people out in the hallway while in your room. But they could of just been really loud people

Comfortable, clean, great breakfast, nice staff, great location.
Pros:

I’ve stayed here twice now and have been happy both times with my stay. The staff are so kind, the valet is also super kind as well. The breakfast was superb, so many options to choose from. The location is great, very centralized. You can walk to a lot of places.

Cons:

This is personal preference but I wish there was a pool, my only gripe about the place.

Meet my Expectations!
Pros:

My experience, minus a hick-up was outstanding, on my arrival I was greeted with a genuine welcome, my request for places to get authentic food within the walking was greatly appreciated and the food in those locations were amazing. My room was nice, it was clean, the maid service was excellent and the atmosphere while in the hotel (during breakfast and evenings) 10 out of 10, My location was excellent in reference to my conference destination. I will definitely return to the Hyatt Place Hotel.

Convenient Downtown Location
Pros:

The location and options to eat within a walkable distance. The free breakfast was also a plus.
