Perfect place to use as a home base for the marathon.
Pros:

Breakfast was delicious with fresh tasty fruit etc! Lots of options and staff was wonderfully accommodating with a toddler. Vallet staff was amazing as well!

Cons:

Room was a lot smaller than we expected and I thought I booked a king but it was definitely a queen. That was maybe on me though.

For the price of the hotel, valet parking should be included. The breakfast should be better much better than it was. The waffles were cold and the sausage was terrible. There should be more than one option for meats. The waffle mix should be a batter that you prepare at the time you get ready to eat. Not cooked ahead of time, cut up, and placed on a tray to serve. It was cold. The waffle brand needs to be changed, not a good taste.

Room was clean. Stay was okay. For the price it should have been a lot better. Would rather pay that much elsewhere
Pros:

Good location. Within walking mg distance to restaurants, shops and bars.

Cons:

When showering water would not drain and stayed full. Tried contacting staff but phone didn’t work. Valet was worthless having not walk around and find someone to drop my car off too and even picking up my car I had to track someone down to help me and get my keys.

Pros:

The breakfast had a lot of variety. The location was good.

Cons:

Check in could have gone a little smoother. They couldn’t find that I prepaid through PayPal. It got figured out though.

Late-Night Hot Water Outage With No Advance Notice; Refunded but Poorly Managed
Pros:

Due to a pipe burst, the hotel had no hot water for multiple days, including overnight hours. Guests were not informed in advance of this issue.

At approximately 11:00 PM, I was notified that hot water would not be available for the night and was asked to consider canceling the reservation at that time. Given the hour, this placed the burden entirely on the guest. No proactive assistance with relocation or alternative accommodations was offered.

While hotel management later issued a full refund for the stay, which was appropriate, the overall handling of the situation fell short of reasonable expectations for a Hyatt property, particularly with respect to communication and guest care during a major service disruption.

Great stay in downtown!
Pros:

Very clean and spacious room in the heart of downtown. Very friendly staff. Great breakfast buffet. Would definitely stay again!
