Wonderful Second Stay at Novotel Jakarta Gajah Mada

This was my second stay at Novotel Jakarta Gajah Mada, and once again, I had a very pleasant experience. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and conveniently located.

A special appreciation goes to Ayu for her excellent service, warm hospitality, and friendly attitude. She was very helpful and made me feel genuinely welcomed throughout my stay. Her professionalism and attention to guests made a positive difference.

Thank you to Ayu and the entire Novotel team for another enjoyable stay. I look forward to visiting again in the future.

Ontbijt was goed, best uitgebreid.
Eitjes werden er gebakken, en noodles etc ook veel westers ontbijt 🥞
Zwembad was netjes en ook een bubbelbad iets warmer water.

Cons:

Piektijd van ontbijt moesten ze wel hun best doen om het ontbijt aan te vullen, was veel leeg. Maar vulde ze gelukkig wel aan.
We moeten 35 euro bijbetalen voor extra bedje op de kamer, voor deze prijs kan je bijna een extra kamer nemen. Echt overdreven duur. 🫣
