Pros:

The location near the town and jonker street, the aircond is cold, the price is affordable.

Cons:

Sorry, but the staff were not friendly. The room did not have a fridge, and the kettle and towels had an unpleasant smell.

Mejor en otro hotel

Ubicación

Cons:

Falta de mantenimiento: el baño de la habitación tenía fugas y además para que se llenara el depósito debías girar una llave de paso para llenarlo en ese momento ya que el depósito perdía poco a poco el agua.
La habitación era antigua aunque amplia.
El pasillo estaba revestido por una desgastada moqueta con falta de aseo.
El WC de la planta baja no funcionaba correctamente.

aircond sejuk beku, view ngadap river side cantik meletop kebabom, ada mini peti ais so mak lurve

Cons:

hygience ah mcm cadar/bau toilet tu kureng sikit, kalau bukak tingkap nnti ada nyamuk gigit ko, lepastu tkde air panas, kurang plug if nak charge phone (ada satu je yg lain guna cable)

Cons:

Honestly staff are unaware of the conditions , told them aircon have no controller to adjust the temperature they inform is at the switch, then invited them to my room then after che king the told have wait for the will come later . Then I asked i just check in so could you provide another room staff difficult without che k available room so I ask guess I've to make complaint to reverend authority then only she told get another room , told that's right action .
Extremely disappointed incompetent of the staff .
TV not working cable problem .
