aircond sejuk beku, view ngadap river side cantik meletop kebabom, ada mini peti ais so mak lurve

Cons:

hygience ah mcm cadar/bau toilet tu kureng sikit, kalau bukak tingkap nnti ada nyamuk gigit ko, lepastu tkde air panas, kurang plug if nak charge phone (ada satu je yg lain guna cable)

Honestly staff are unaware of the conditions , told them aircon have no controller to adjust the temperature they inform is at the switch, then invited them to my room then after che king the told have wait for the will come later . Then I asked i just check in so could you provide another room staff difficult without che k available room so I ask guess I've to make complaint to reverend authority then only she told get another room , told that's right action .
Extremely disappointed incompetent of the staff .
TV not working cable problem .

За свою цену отличный выбор. Не новый, но чистый, удобный и с хорошим расположением. Я благодарна за приятное проживание
Pros:

Честно говоря, после бронирования я начала читать отзывы и сильно переживала. Были негативные комментарии, и я уже настроилась на худшее. Но по факту совершенно зря. Когда мы приехали, всё оказалось нормально: номер чистый, аккуратный, без неприятных запахов, персонал вежливый и спокойный. Заселение прошло без проблем. Расположение отличное центр города, всё рядом. За свою цену это очень достойный вариант.

Cons:

Отель не новый мебель и ремонт не современные. Но нужно понимать, что это бюджетный вариант размещения. Для своей ценовой категории ожидать дизайнерский интерьер было бы странно.

A lot... First our room (booked 2,5 weeks in advance) was 'full' so we got a twin bed room for the first night instead of our Kingsize bed room. Furthermore there were (blood) stains in the carpet of the hallway of the rooms. In our first room we found a lot of hairs of other guests. The shower only got warm after 10 minutes (sign indicates to turn it on 5 tot 10 min prior taking a shower). In the second (Kingsize bed) room we did not have hot water at all.

Would not recommended anyone.

Pros:

Staff very helpful when i asked about which view look beautiful.. thank u coz u make my doughter happy and not boring.. price affordable coz this hotel no swimming pool

Cons:

Technician only at office hour so my fridge trouble so i need to wait until tomorrow.. hope management can improve that thing

Budget accommodation... At what cost?
Pros:

Kinda good location, close to the riverside and the promenade

Cons:

Facilities were very dated and room wasn't exactly clean. There was a lot of maintenance that was being neglected (like walls that needed painting urgently from numerous scratches, drawings etc) carpet wasn't very clean, also the towel had a little red spot
