She acted as if nothing was wrong and focus to charge me

Never did stay and my request for refund was denied. I immediately wrote to booking.com however my next hotel which I moved received the complaint instead when I clearly wrote within this property reservation

I didn't stay due to safety issue and my son unable to breathe in the room however hotel refused to refund
I complained to booking.com however my actual hotel which I stayed nearby received the complaint by booking.com.

Confused yet still I lost 2 nights of booking paid which I didn't stay and was refused refund

Staff were rude and incompetent, along with the ridiculous amount of tax you pay to book this place you then have to pay further tax and a deposit on the door, when I asked what the tax I paid for was for the lady on reception didn’t have a proper answer. After spending a while at the front desk to check in she didn’t set the room key up correctly, when I told her it didn’t work she had a face like a slapped arse. To use the hair dryer they require a 50MR in cash as well so bring plenty of cash for all the hidden costs. What was meant to be an affordable place ended up being expensive with all the extra costs.
Our towels were stained and smelt, the bathroom had ants all over the sink, there was a gaping hole in the bathroom roof, the air on couldn’t change settings, the WiFi was non existent, there were stains and marks all over the desk and dresser and about 1 working plug socket in the room.
We had to ask for new towels and toilet paper as room service doesn’t freshen these up no matter how long the stay is, and be prepared for everyone at the front desk to look at you weird when you request it. Very few of the staff can understand basic English which also made dealing with them 10 times harder.
We asked if someone would be at the front desk at 9:30pm as we were checking out the night prior to catch a bus to KL, the staff looked at us as if we were stupid and said the front desk was 24h. We knew to ask as every night we had noticed staff weren’t occupying the desk. As it happens the night we try to check out there was no one there and about 10 other people in the lobby all waiting, with a sign on the front desk saying ‘gone to the toilet’. The other people had said they had been waiting for 20 minutes, and we didn’t have time to be stood around hoping someone who works there would arrive.

Indian Staff is not friendly , house keeping service is bad, bedsheet, pillow smelly and dirty

Sorry, but the staff were not friendly. The room did not have a fridge, and the kettle and towels had an unpleasant smell.

Falta de mantenimiento: el baño de la habitación tenía fugas y además para que se llenara el depósito debías girar una llave de paso para llenarlo en ese momento ya que el depósito perdía poco a poco el agua.
La habitación era antigua aunque amplia.
El pasillo estaba revestido por una desgastada moqueta con falta de aseo.
El WC de la planta baja no funcionaba correctamente.

不满意的是冷气不会冷，我们大概待上三小时以上才有一点冷风，没住够两晚，第二晚就回了

装修老旧

hygience ah mcm cadar/bau toilet tu kureng sikit, kalau bukak tingkap nnti ada nyamuk gigit ko, lepastu tkde air panas, kurang plug if nak charge phone (ada satu je yg lain guna cable)
