unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The staff was not welcoming at all and carried a lot of unnecessary attitude, which made the check-in and overall interaction quite uncomfortable. Hospitality is a major part of any stay, but here it felt completely lacking.

The breakfast was also below expectations. The quality wasn’t great, and to make things worse, I noticed unhygienic conditions — including a hair in the fruit plate. This is unacceptable for any hotel that claims to offer good service.

Overall, the attitude of the staff and the poor hygiene really affected my stay. I hope the management takes this seriously and improves their hospitality standards and cleanliness for future guests.

Pros:

The staff were very friendly, it felt very safe and the food in the restaurants were very good. Breakfast was great every morning with staff helping us individually.

Cons:

The towels and bed sheets were not always completely clean and we had to keep asking for more. It was difficult to get anywhere without catching transport

I had a terrible experience at Fern Residency. One of their staff members, Rishi, behaved in a way that completely ruined our stay. He opened and drank the alcohol himself, then tried to make us pay for it. When we questioned him, he spoke to us in a rude and abusive way and kept insisting that we were responsible for something we clearly did not do.

This kind of behavior is unacceptable in any hotel. We expected honesty and basic respect, but instead we were blamed and spoken to aggressively. The management needs to take this seriously and fix their staff issues. I would not recommend staying here until they address this kind of conduct.

Levels of cleanliness across the property. The breakfast buffet was terrible. Oily and average quality food and really poor service. Staff couldn’t get a simple omelette order right

Pros:

Facilities are just about OK, Bath rooms are not cleaned properly and Bed spreads are not washed after the last use. Hair was very much visible on the bed, i had to dust the whole bed before sleeping.

Fern residency chandigarh
Pros:

Value for money, clean suite room with jacuzzi. Good food.
Bar was great , ambience and music with lovely dine and wine menu.
Location was suitable for me to travel to mohali and chandigarh for meetings. Ellante mall was 5 mins away. View from suite room on 7th floor was great..city view with cloud clad mountains at far background.

Cons:

Staff approach was casual. Although stay was comfortable but have stayed at places where staffs are more hospitable and smiling.
