El Hotel esta en malas condiciones, el estacionamiento esta muy sucio, no hay personal, falta gente en la recepción, y personal que asista a los huéspedes.
Muy decepcionado, es Muy caro para el servicio que dan.

It was a great location for where i needed to be... room was clean, didn't spend much time at hotel as I was there on business. Has a restaurant literally next to it which I felt bad not dinning in it because it looked great. Next trip up in the Toluca area I will stay there again... limited review due to my busy day but it was a pleasant stay.
