Pros:

Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und die eigene Produktion des Marzipan ist ein wirkliches Highlight. Sehr lecker und sehr empfehlenswert.
Das Personal war generell sehr freundlich und für die Belange der Gäste offen.

Cons:

Die Qualität der doch weichen, etwas durchgelegenen Matratzen war leider nicht so angenehm in unserem Zimmer, für ein bis zwei Nächte jedoch noch akzeptabel.

Wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder.
Pros:

Sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter. Man fühlte sich jederzeit willkommen, nicht nur wegen des hauseigenen Marzipans zur Verkostung. Hotel liegt direkt gegenüber des Hauptbahnhofes - dennoch war es ruhig im Zimmer.
Wir konnten die Infrarotsauna allein nutzen - ohne Aufpreis. Das Hotel ist noch eines jener kleinen Hotels, die das Konzept von Gastlichkeit verstehen, serviceorientiertes Personal haben und ausbilden.

Hotel ist zu empfehlen für einen Besuch in Stralsund
Pros:

Super Anbindung an ÖVPN, Bahnhof in direkter Nähe. Freundliches Personal an der Rezeption & beim Frühstück. Im Zimmer gab es einen Wasserkocher mit Tee, dazu kostenlos eine Flasche Wasser zur Begrüßung sowie einen Happen Marzipan als Betthupferl. Im Bad befand sich gut duftende Seife & Duschbad, ein Fön sowie Kosmetiktücher.
Wenn man sich per QR-Code zum Newsletter anmeldet, bekommt man einen Goldtaler aus Marzipan geschenkt. Als Hotelgast gibt es 10% Rabatt auf hauseigenes Marzipan.
Danke dafür & auch für das leckere Frühstück mit frischem Obst, Gemüse, Kaffee, Tee... Es war alles da, was man braucht, um gut in den Tag zu starten ;)
Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Cons:

Separate Bettensteuer, aber dafür kann das Hotel nichts. Holperstraße, die nachts laut ist, selbst wenn die Fenster geschlossen sind.
Beim Frühstück gab es für alle Gäste nur einen Automaten für Kaffee & Teewasser.
