Tranquil respite, good breakfast
Pros:

Great staff, helpful and friendly. A cheap Uber ride to the Central District of town & Villa Morra is a nice “resort “ feel. Location was good for our 2 night stay. 10 min walks to good restaurants. Nice neighborhood.

Overrated 3* hotel straight out of 1975.No value for the money.

Not sure what to say. For being one of Asuncións most expensive hotels I sincerely expected more, much more. The hotel is old , they call it boutique style, I call it overrated . 150$ for an old room with 40 year old kitchen, no wine glasses and not even a bottle opener? Furniture like straight of Barbie’s nightmare, melamine coated cheap tables etc. The toiletries literally the very cheapest on the market, no hair dryer, no decent wardrobe, the safe isn’t even fixed to the wall and no ironing board and iron? They nickel and dime you on everything, no bell-boy but a baggage cart with a huge flower pot as decoration? A reception guy looking at you idly when you unload your car? 5 stars? Overrated, cramped hotel with lots of furniture, far too many to walk freely. The girls at the reception more or less friendly, cleaning staff very friendly. Breakfast: very basic, not even at the level of a 3 star place. As I said, they try to maximize profit on the guests’ expense. Really not worth more than 60$ in my opinion. I won’t ever return but I guess they wouldn’t even care.
Ahhh, it took them two das to fix the Wi-Fi which wasn’t even working in the bedroom. Really, really not impressed. Positive things: it was quiet and the cleaning was flawless.

Our stay at the Villa Morra Residence was fantastic. It is a small boutique hotel in the heart of the Villa Morra neighborhood of Asuncion. One of the main malls is walking distance with cafe's, shopping and restaurants. The staff is amazing and super helpful. Their restaurant is also excellent.

Habitación incorrecta y no nos devolvieron dinero
Pros:

Reserve dos habitaciones Suite Ejecutiva y cuando llegamos una era Junior. Por lo que el costo era menor y no nos reintegraron la diferencia. El hotel o hoteles.com tendría que darnos una solución.
