Your Average Hostel Experience
Pros:

big spacious rooms, clean toilet and shower room. sink was inside the shared room but as it was tucked away in its own corner you couldn’t hear much which was good. shared kitchen was a bonus, good amount of seating and space. staff very helpful, especially when i was ill they brought me hot water and a free cookie which was very sweet of them thank you :)

Cons:

lack of privacy in the beds, they are open on all sides not just lacking a curtain so you can see everyone all the time it’s not great. and 4€ for a sprite from the vending machines is mental i walked five minutes to the nearest store and got one for 1.70€. but other than that it was good, maybe some more comfortable seats in the shared spaces as they’re quite hard.

Wir sind gerade erst im Hotel angekommen und in die Stadt gereist, um hier unseren Urlaub zu verbringen. Unmittelbar nach dem Check-in wurden wir jedoch beschuldigt, dass es in unserem Zimmer nach Zigarettenrauch gerochen habe und dass dort angeblich geraucht wurde.

Ohne jegliche Beweise und ohne eine angemessene Klärung der Situation wurden wir gezwungen, eine Strafe in Höhe von 250 Euro zu zahlen. Wir betonen ausdrücklich, dass in unserem Zimmer niemand geraucht hat. Außerdem sind wir gerade erst angekommen und waren praktisch die ersten Gäste in diesem Zimmer nach dem Einzug.

Die Situation ist für uns völlig ungerecht und äußerst unangenehm. Statt Gastfreundschaft und Unterstützung wurden wir mit unbegründeten Vorwürfen und finanziellen Forderungen konfrontiert.

Wir haben einen sehr schlechten Eindruck vom Hotel, vom Service sowie vom Verhalten des Personals gegenüber den Gästen erhalten.

Cons:

Las personas masculinas con las que he compartido habitación en mi estancia de más de 10 días . Eso quiere decir que ha sido diferente la estancia de cada persona allí con esto digo que .. mi experiencia escuchando vibradores y gente tocándose durante varias noches .. me ha hecho pensar mal del lugar . Solo me han cambiado de habitación la primera noche que me quejé y de echo encontraron a la persona que estaba haciendo ese tipo de cosas . A los 2 días me volvieron a mandar a misma habitación 432.Y a los días siguientes el mismo problema , diferentes personas … y lo soluciono que me dieron es que cambiase de hotel 😂 surrealista
