Pros:

The hotel is a 15-minute walk from the train station.
The staff answered all questions very thoroughly and clearly.
The bed linen was clean

Cons:

The elevator wasn't working, and I had to drag a heavy suitcase up to the third floor via long flights of stairs.
The TV antenna was attached to the wall horizontally; it was only by sheer luck that I didn't injure my eye on it. The shower stall is very narrow. When you're inside, the shower faucet digs into your back, and the curtain sticks to your face and body. It's absolutely impossible to take a shower if you're taller than 140 cm. The shower tray itself wobbles and is coming away from the wall.
In the toilet, the trash can is very difficult to use. You can only reach its pedal with your right foot, and you have to bend it awkwardly and press it against the edge of the toilet bowl.
The tiles on the toilet floor are only staying in place because of their own weight. It's easy to trip over them if you forget they're loose.

Pros:

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, tiene los básico que se puede necesitar durante la estancia. Es un poco antiguo y algunas cosas necesitarian un cambio de aires, pero en general está muy bien. Cama cómoda, televisión smartv, baño en la habitación con ducha...todo bien.
Además tienen buen personal, muy amable y nos permitieron dejar las maletas en el hotel tras el chek-out.

So, The hotel's location is very convenient, right next to the city Center and the metro station. There are wonderful cafes and pastry shops nearby.
I should also mention the very comfortable mattress, :) I slept great.

Cons:

The cleanliness of the room leaves much to be desired.
