Staff was very sweet and kind. The beds were fairly comfortable.

Cons:

We chose this hotel because according to Booking they offered parking which we unfortunally found out that was not true. Parking was in the public street or private garages further away from the place with separate payment. The elevator was not working which was complicated to my dad who had to go up to the third floor with a hurt knee. The floor and carpet were very dirty.

Great value hotel near Brussels-South with clean rooms and friendly staff, but unreliable Wi-Fi.
Pros:

Quiet street about 15 min away from Brussels-South by foot. Many fast food restaurants and minimarkets around. Friendly staff, clean room and very good shower. My bathroom was quite large.
Overall much better conditions that similarly priced hotels I have stayed at.

Cons:

The building itself is old and somewhat cramped. Wi-Fi was pretty oscillating. Breakfast was okay, nothing special.
For me, the bad Wi-Fi is the only major issue.

Zona tranquila! 10 minutos andando de la Grand place y estación central

Cons:

Cuando vas de vacaciones siempre buscas la excelencia : hotel recien construido , habitaciones amplias y ascensores rápidos. No existe salvo que pagues 200€ noche.

Este hotel para gente joven con maletas de mano y listos para ir a dormir y ducharse es suficiente.

El hotel es antiguo pero funcional y bien situado en zona tranquila.

However, the reception staff and employees were very friendly and welcoming.

Cons:

The hotel was very old and poorly maintained. It felt dirty and lacked basic facilities. The bathroom was extremely small, and the shower was broken. The drainage system in the bathroom did not work properly, so the water either didn’t drain or drained very slowly.

There were almost no amenities provided. The breakfast was very poor and disappointing. The TV was useless, as it only had two channels and there was no option to choose.

The window in the room was broken, and the elevator was not working. Access via the stairs was very inconvenient and unpleasant. There were no basic hygiene items available. The bed blankets were very old and worn out, and the radiator was extremely dirty.

Overall, it was a very bad experience.
