Amazing experience I had with Burasari Heritage Hotel. Special thanks to Somair who was incredibly helpful from the beginning to the end. His tasks include arranging tours, ensuring housekeeping and ushering guests to their hotel rooms; and they were all smoothly executed. Well done!
Welcomed by cold air from the room as we walked in. Traditional heritage design and very well curated. Room facility all very well maintained and of high quality.
Minor language barrier. Coffee and breakfast could be improved on taste side but served ala carte by attentive staff. Macha Latte was very good though.
Mr Somair is a pleasant and helpful receptionist who entained to all our requests. Good food. Hotel is at good location for easy walking around the town.

The hotel is located in the center of Luang Prabang Heritage area. It’s very convenient to walk around the area and to the attractions like Wat Xiengthong , Phousil mountain, restaurants and cafes, shops…The heritage building is very nice and well maintained, we got the front room with river view and I love it.
Somair is very helpful and informative. He’s also good English speaker. He helps us with the car booking and recommendations for the water fall one day tour.

I follow the Burasati Spa from Bankok and thank you so much to Airry who been made me the reservation for doing treatment at Spa in Luangprabang
I have a good time here even though I stay another place but I love to come there thank again Airry at dedk for his helping

Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alles da, was man braucht.
Das Frühstück war sehr gut und die Angestellten waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
Die Straße zwischen Fluss und Hotel ist teilweise sehr laut. Durch die fehlende Isolierung hört man alles auf der Straße. Man bekommt sogar earplugs ausgehändigt mit dem Schlüssel. Nachts war die Straße aber weniger befahren.

The property is incredibly beautiful and immersed in the nature. The rooms are clean and fabulous, there is so much attention to details and care for guests. Staff is amazing, special thanks to K.P. Who went above and beyond to make my stay unforgettable. I would 100% come back, everything was perfect!

Th Burasari Heritage was perfectly located for easy access in the centre of the old town. The rooms were very well restored and maintained the Laos heritage. The staff were fantastic and the meals excellent. Couldn't really fault our stay at all.
Love everything about this heritage hotel. It’s a luxurious colonial house turned hotel. Every bit of aesthetics is so appealing and you feel the old world charm staying here.
It’s location is by the road, facing the river. It’s great to just sit on the terrace, have a drink and just people watch.

In many ways an ideal location, within walking distance of most of the main attractions of the town (especially cafés, markets etc). Pleasantly located across the road from the Nan Khan river. Rooms attractively decorated and a good size, well serviced, if a little dark (it is very warm outside), with very effective air-con. Rooms at the front are NOT quiet, as the road below tends to be busy 24/7. Service was most attentive, good welcome from Ainy, Sommai and Na. Luang Prabang is a delighful place to spend time.
