Nice stuff, free upgrade

Das Kolonialhotel hat mich total begeistert.
Der Personal ist extrem aufmerksam und liebevoll und hat mich gestern zu meinem Geburtstag mit einem Ständchen überrascht und auf meinem Bett haben sie mir eine wunderschöne Geburtstagsskulptur gebastelt. Ich war noch nie so gerührt durch das Personal eines Hotels. Sie haben meinen Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz besonderen gemacht. Ich kann das Burasari Heritage aus ganzem Herzen nur empfehlen.

Beautifully restored historic building in the centre of Luang Prabang. Lovely large room with terrace overlooking Nam Khan river. Breakfast was simple, with eggs cooked to order and selection of pastries, yoghurt etc, the sparkling wine was a nice touch. We also had dinner there one evening, which was very tasty. The staff were very helpful and friendly, especially Pocky and Somair.

A beautiful boutique hotel on the banks of the Mekong river in Luang Prabang. Very nice rooms, excellent bar and restaurant and very friendly and helpful staff, particularly Airry and Sommai. Hugely recommended for your next stay in Luang Prabang.

The rooms are spacious, the food is spectacular with service and the views are great. It’s close to most places you want to visit. We went on a private sunset cruise which is catered by the hotel. It was a highlight of our visit. Could not be more perfect. What made our stay was the GM and her staff, so friendly and nothing is too much trouble.

Fantastic historic hotel in centre of Luang Prabang World Heritage Site. Super friendly and helpful staff especially the Manager Pocky and Somair. Lovely breakfast, with freshly cooked eggs. The sparkling wine was a nice touch. Large room and comfy bed.

The staff, specially the manager Pocky, has a great service attitude and is very professional and considerate.

The facilities are well renovated and have a unique charme.

Breakfast is nice à la carte and if wanted champagne is served complimentary.

We had a perfect stay for several days at the Burasani hotel in Luang Prabang. Excellent service, excellent food, and a lovely room. The staff was always friendly, helpful, and immediately available for anything we needed. The manager Pocky was ever present and attuned to ensuring that we had a marvelous time. Somair was also extremely helpful in helping us book a number of activities and travel plans.
The hotel is a beautiful historic French colonial building with many original details and very tasteful main areas and rooms. It sits on a quiet street that is only one block from the main road full of activity.We also ate at the restaurant several times and always had a delicious meal.
We highly recommend Burasani to anyone seeking a highly memorable experience in Luang Prabang.

This boutique hotel is located in the old town, one block off the main street Sakkaline Rd. and walking distance to the night market and Mekong river. Room 405 has a balcony overlooking the Khan river. There is a little bit of Boutstreet nose from the motorcycles whizzing by, but at night it is quiet. Breakfast is made to order with a good selection of western and Lao choices. Our well-appointed room had the usual amenities like in room safe, coffee maker, complimentary water, soft drinks and beer. The AC was good and WiFi strong and stable. The staff spoke English and were very helpful in recommending restaurants and things to do and see. Overall we had a great experience and would recommend Burasari Heritage Hotel when staying in Luang Prabang old town.

My friend and I stayed at the Burasari Hertitage for 4 nights in January and it was absolutely amazing. The hotel is across the road from the Nam Khan river which merges with the Mekong and has stunning views. From the moment we arrived the customer service was first class and made us feel like VIP's. We were offered a welcoming cool drink of butterfly pea tea which was very refreshing. The rooms are absolutely beautifully furnished and immaculately clean, yes the shower is actually in the room, unusual but not a problem.
The beds are very comfortable and cleaned everyday plus littel extras like free bottles of water daily and obviously tea and coffee etc.
At breakfast there was a variety of choices and all were delicious and freshly prepared. We only booked B&B but did have a couple of meals in the Restaurant (Red Rose Wine Bar) which were really good and I would highly recommend.
The staff here enhance the whole experience as they are so professional, polite, friendly and really hepful with local advice. I had an incident with a bicycle and everyone was so helpful in offering aid and treating my injuries. The people of Laos are wonderful and everyone we met was so nice. Finally a mention to Pocky, Phang, Tony and Lanoy thank you for all attention and making the experience extra special.
