Da localização do meu quarto, em cima da cozinha totalmente aberta, do aproveitamento do espaço do quarto, com chuveiro redondo no meio do banheiro, do barulho as 5:00 da manhã da multidão se encaminhado para o Alms Giving (as paredes são finas, pois o prédio é histórico),
The rooms are lovely, very beautifully designed. Pocky was fantastic at being a very attentive host.
It was very noisy in the morning because of lots of people going to see the Buddhist alms offering tradition
Fantastic place in the old town of Luang Prabang. The rooms are in little terraced houses and though our room faced the street we didn't have issues with noise. The staff is very nice and helpful, they picked us up at the train station for a reasonable fee.
The rooms are quite small (old houses), the furniture is very tasteful but the bathroom is not separate (the toilet is), so maybe thats not to everyones liking
The location and the genuine heritage building were really great as well as the decoration.
Unfortunately the great location and genuine old building with thin beautiful wooden panels made it also not soundproof. This means that in the evenings you can hear the motorbikes go by and in the very early morning (5:30 am) large groups of tourists (particularly very noisy Chinese tourists) go by your room and it’s difficult to sleep even with earplugs.
A great position in the UNESCO section. And what a fab restaurant! Lived our massages as well

Beautiful romantic old colonial style building on the banks of the river. Beautifully appointed with luxurious finishes. Fantastic service from the staff especially Airee, Tony and Thank!
Beautiful hotel and the service was fantastic. They were so welcoming and went above and beyond. The room was lovely and quirky (the shower was in the main room, which caused a chuckle). The bed was large and comfortable. The breakfast was complete and delicious! Our only complaint is that we took their bikes out for the day and they were very old and hazardous!

From start to finish, our stay at Burasaari Heritage Luang Prabang was nothing short of magical. We chose to stay here for our engagement, and it was genuinely the best place we could have imagined for such a special moment.
The hotel itself is beautiful – peaceful, elegant, and perfectly in keeping with the charm of Luang Prabang – but what truly made this stay unforgettable was the staff. Every single person we met made us feel so welcome and so cared for. Even when English wasn’t fluent, it never mattered. The warmth, kindness, and constant smiles told a thousand words. You could feel how much pride and love they have for what they do.
The attention to detail, the calm atmosphere, and the genuine hospitality made us feel like we weren’t just guests, but truly looked after. And a small but important detail,the bed was hands down the comfiest we’ve ever slept in. Absolute perfection after a day exploring.
We’ve stayed in many amazing places around the world, but this was easily the most special experience we’ve ever had.
Thank you to the entire team for making our engagement trip so memorable. We will cherish these memories forever and cannot wait to return.
Nothing this place is amazing
Excellent location....situated next to the river with a beautiful view, next to the main road, temples and a short pleasant walk to the market. Spacious and comfortable rooms with your own veranda. And the staff were all lovely and very hospitable. Thank you for a lovely stay.
The hotel looks beautiful, has comfortable beds, great toiletries and a fabulous breakfast. Pocky and her staff are beautiful hosts that look after their guests.
The price; over $410 Australian a night without breakfast, it is a lot of money for a very noisy air conditioner all through the night that clicks in and out and wakes you up. Plus every time we had a shower, only one person got a hot shower, person 2 had a cool to cold shower. This doesn’t worry me usually, but when paying for 5 star I’d like to have 5 star facilities.
