You are in for a treat if you come here!
We arrived to an ice cold flannel and welcome drink. Check in was easy and our room is beautiful.
Within minutes Airry was helping us with our plans and arranging a driver.
I recommend the bar and the Luang Prabang beer, and the menu is extensive and delicious!

We arrived hot and tired from our travels from Thailand and were greeted with a warm smile, cold towel and delicious fruit drink. Check in was swift and our bags delivered to our room which exceeded our expectations. Aifry has been most helpful helping us settle in and arranging transportation for our trips. So far our experience of Luang Prabang and the Burasari Heritage Hotel has been exceptional. Well done all. We highly recommend this hotel.

There was a total of four power outages during my stay. Four times is simply not acceptable. Something needs to be done.

Nice hospitality and warm welcome from both Airry and Ms.Thank. They are so kind to arrange my checkin to be completed so fast and respond to all my special requests as much as they can do and even provide great advice to hop around here. It’s such a nice experience to get back here again after Covid.

This hotel and the service provided by Tao Somair and his wonderful team made my 3 days here in Luang Prabang a remarkable experience. The room was delightful, every little request was met with grace and kindness, and the location was perfect. The restaurant was so good that I ate frequently there, and the spa services were restorative. My thanks to all involved for making my stay a delight. I am sad to leave.

Das Kolonialhotel hat mich total begeistert.
Der Personal ist extrem aufmerksam und liebevoll und hat mich gestern zu meinem Geburtstag mit einem Ständchen überrascht und auf meinem Bett haben sie mir eine wunderschöne Geburtstagsskulptur gebastelt. Ich war noch nie so gerührt durch das Personal eines Hotels. Sie haben meinen Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz besonderen gemacht. Ich kann das Burasari Heritage aus ganzem Herzen nur empfehlen.
Kein einziger Grund zur Klage.

Beautifully restored historic building in the centre of Luang Prabang. Lovely large room with terrace overlooking Nam Khan river. Breakfast was simple, with eggs cooked to order and selection of pastries, yoghurt etc, the sparkling wine was a nice touch. We also had dinner there one evening, which was very tasty. The staff were very helpful and friendly, especially Pocky and Somair.
A beautiful boutique hotel on the banks of the Mekong river in Luang Prabang. Very nice rooms, excellent bar and restaurant and very friendly and helpful staff, particularly Airry and Sommai. Hugely recommended for your next stay in Luang Prabang.
The rooms are spacious, the food is spectacular with service and the views are great. It’s close to most places you want to visit. We went on a private sunset cruise which is catered by the hotel. It was a highlight of our visit. Could not be more perfect. What made our stay was the GM and her staff, so friendly and nothing is too much trouble.
