Unas bonitas vacaciones
Pros:

La habitación muy bonita cómoda y segura La comida variada muy rica , la piscina al lado super delicioso, un lugar que conecta con la buena energía, muy bien ubicado en el centro de kuta a muy pocos metros de la playa, tiendas cerca alquileres de moto una maravilla, en hotel tiene un bar para escuchar música y ver deportes excelente 👌🕉☀️🙂

La habitación muy bonita cómoda, lo único era la mesa de los lados donde estaba el teléfono qué al colocar alguna cosa se caía estaba colocada sobre 2 tornillos muy floja, algo incomodo

Pros:

Salah satu pilihan hotel favorit setiap saya ke Bali. Ini sudah yg ketiga kali nya menginap disini. Lokasi strategis, dekat dengan pantai. Kamar nya bebas asap rokok. Pool nya bagus & bersih. Menu breakfast cukup bervariasi. Karyawan nya ramah.

I had a wonderful stay here. The room was exceptionally clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly, kind, and always willing to help.

During my trip to Ubud, I unfortunately lost my wallet, and the Kuta Beach hotel team went above and beyond to support me during a very difficult time. As a thoughtful gesture, they offered me a complimentary breakfast, which meant a lot to me. The manager was especially compassionate and even shared his personal bank account details so he could assist me with emergency cash until I sorted out my situation.

Their genuine kindness, generosity, and exceptional hospitality turned a stressful experience into one I will always remember with gratitude. I sincerely thank the entire team for their support and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with truly caring staff.

Convenient and overall a great location and pleasant stay
Pros:

I liked the proximity to get around on foot and via blue bird taxi. Short walk to beach for sunset. The pool was lovely and view from rooftop is spectacular. Staff are friendly and do their best to make your stay enjoyable. Breakfast was buffet for $100,000idr per person if purchased separately from booking, plenty of choices and cannot complain about freshness and variety of the food. Pool towels are fresh and in abundance. I forgot to claim my complimentary 30 minute massage.

Cons:

The bed in standard room was extremely hard. I did not sleep well at all on 1st floor. I’m unsure if other rooms had softer mattresses, I didn’t ask.
The rooms do not have balcony which can be confining without fresh air. No fans, but air conditioning worked well.
