Prices include accommodations, bed linen, toilet linen, household linen (bath mat and dish towel), a cleaning kit, end-of-stay cleaning (except dishes and kitchen area), basic WiFi access for up to five devices allowing browsing and email use, as well as charges and taxes (excluding tourism tax and application fees). Guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge aber leider nicht empfehlenswert
Pros:

Das Personal war freundlich; die Grundausstattung der Wohnung ist überdurchschnittlich; das kostenlose Schwimmbad gibt auch einen Pluspunkt.

Cons:

Die Räumlichkeiten sind renovierungsbedürftig; der Schlafraum ist zu klein; die Entlüftungen wurden vermutlich wegen Energiesparender Maßnahmen alle abgeschaltet. Die Toilette besaß somit keine Entlüftung bzw. man konnte sie garnicht lüften.
Die technischen Mängel (Licht teilweise defekt, keine Entlüftung; alle Türen verzogen; Ceranfeld nicht komplett eingebaut und nicht gerade)wurden trotz unverzüglicher Meldung an der Rezeption nicht behoben. Die Müllcontainer wurden nur 1 x pro Woche entleert, obwohl sie bereits nach 5 Tagen zu voll waren.
Die Anlage liegt an einem Seitenarm des Flusses, der von den Gezeiten beeinflusst wurde und man somit 2x pro Tag den Brackwasser Geruch direkt vor dem Balkon hatte.

Appartement prévu pour 5. On était 2 et c'était parfait. Pour 5 très juste. Vieille odeur de cigarette persistante dans la sale de bain probablement les anciens locataires.

Bon séjour mais VMC bruyante et lit inconfortable

L’emplacement est très bien.
Le personnel a été très accueillant.

Cons:

La VMC fait un bruit monstrueux, elle ne s’arrête jamais.
L’espace est beaucoup trop serré avec un bébé.
J’aurai aimé avoir un appartement moins petit, sachant que c’était un 4 personnes quand même avec un bébé c’était très limite. C’est dommage !
Le lit est vraiment pas confortable, on sent les ressorts bonjour les douleurs.

Pros:

Ótima localização. Vista sobre o rio. Calmo e limpo.

Cons:

Difícil acesso aos pisos superiores para pessoas com mobilidade reduzida. Para os preços praticados, poderiam, pelo menos, ter um balde com esfregona e detergentes de limpeza (não só uma amostra). Nessa mesma viagem, fiquei noutros apartamentos muito mais completos e só paguei um décimo do preço deste.
