Very nice room space to layout things, large room, nice bathroom.
A/C terrible had to move rooms once second room OK.
Pool very nice prefect temperature.
Staff helpful but lacked English speaking staff. This is a problem for me.
No place near to eat.

設備が古く、問題があります。自分が宿泊した部屋は小さなアリがたくさん住んでいて、トイレの水がずっと流れたままで流水音に煩わされました。

Lokasi hotel strategis di tengah kota, design sangat unik berkonsep Jawa.
Beberapa kali menginap disini, selalu menghadapi kondisi ac kamar yang tidak optimal dan sdh dicek namun tetap tidak bs dingin.
Pemeliharaan dan perawatan perlu ditingkatkan supaya sesuai dg standar Accor intl

This Royal Surakarta is overrated. The photos of the rooms i booked were totally different from the rooms i got. When you walk in the first thought is wow this is great, again the maintenance on the room was very little. The air-conditioning controller didn't work and the room temperature was bearly comfortable. I would not recommend this hotel.

I was not satisfied with my recent stay of 3 nights at this hotel. Three serious complaints:
1 Upon check-in at 2:00 pm my room was not ready yet, and I had to wait more than an hour in the lobby before the room was ready.
2. For New Years Eve I decided to treat myself to a steak tenderloin dinner, the most expensive item on the menu. But what they served was a small and tough piece of steak, with lots of gristle that was definitely not steak tenderloin.
3. I suffered some serious wounds on my arm due to an extra mechanical lock that had been added to the door, and that had very sharp corners. The bleeding was serious because some skin was torn off. The hotel made a bandage for it initially, but it did not heal quickly so I subsequently went to a medical clinic in Bali for professional medical care that cost me 2,480,000 Rp total for the initial visit and a course of antibiotic medicine, and then a return visit to change the wound dressing. I had to keep wound dressings on for 8 days, which prevented other activities like swimming and a normal shower. The design of that lock was dangerous and the lock was not even necessary.

Fint hotel og store rom. Litt kjedelig frokost for en som ikke er fra Asia. Også måtte vi betale for 1 frokost fordi dem mente vi var 5 voksne og 3 barn, men når jeg bestilte så står det barn opp til 17 år og 4 personer var under 17. Det var ikke mye penger men litt irriterende. Så da ble det dessverre ett annet hotel når vi var i Solo 2 uker senere.

Impressive heritage decor and artefacts layered upon a modern construction that is airy. Spacious room and feature swimming pool. Easy rickshaw distance to both palaces and to batik museum. Good value. Best nights’s sleep with high quality towels etc… Staff all very helpful.

This hotel needs some TLC regarding their upkeep and maintenance, all over. BUT. It's an amazing hotel with plenty of culture and art displayed and built into it. Rooms are spacey and feels homey.

Lobby ist sehr schön.

Fitnessraum vorhanden, aber eher heruntergekommen. Für die meisten Übungen jedoch in Ordnung.

Frühstücksangebot ist gut.

Pool mit schöner Aussicht.

Jedoch war unser Zimmer ziemlich abgewohnt und auch nicht sauber. Daher die 2 abgezogenen Punkte.

Staff is amazing and breakfast is very good. Rooms can be cleaner - specially lamp sheds and toilet was leaking a bit. The main concern I had was contacting the property before arrival to arrange a shuttle from airport- called, tried chatting via whatsup but couldn’t get any help

朝食ビュッフェは種類豊富、味も良く、大変、満足した
悪い点
建物、設備が古い。例えば、防音が悪い。USBの充電ポートがない。浴槽の排水が流れない。など
通りから音が騒がしかったし、隣の部屋から会話や生活音が大きく聞こえた。私達の会話も隣の部屋に筒抜けでしょう。
すべての部屋を禁煙にしたほうがいいのではないか？2泊のうち1泊は禁煙のリクエストが叶わなかった

A great location and although a modern building (it was a bank HQ at one time) is well set out ho showcase Java culture.

歴史を感じるホテル。大きな部屋と大きなベッド、大きなバスタブに大満足。

The lobby and restaurant are decent, but everything in our (tiny) room was chipped, scratched, marked, broken or not functioning properly, including things like broken toilet seat, shower that didn’t drain, marks on ceiling and wall etc. The gym was dirty with machines that were rusted and broken.

Very happy and satisfied with our stay, the location, services, food and overall property condition. Would stay again and recommend to others.
