Pros:

The facilities were wonderful; the staff ( particularly Ana at reception) were friendly and helpful; the food was magnificent - we always looked forward to sampling different breakfast styles!
We were genuinely sorry to leave.

A good hotel in the center of Solo.
Pros:

The location is excellent, right in the heart of Solo. There are plenty of cafes nearby. Be sure to go for a morning jog to enjoy the surrounding area.

Cons:

Some parts of the room need repair or refurbishment; for instance, the bathroom in my room seemed to have a leak. Also, the elevator to the guest floors doesn't require a key card, which is a bit concerning—it raises the worry that a stranger could knock on our door.

Goed maar meer verwachtingen van een 5-sterren hotel.
Pros:

Goede locatie en ruime kamers, bed lag lekker. Mooie inrichting met allerlei cultuur-items. Klein museumpje.

Cons:

Kamers zijn wat gedateerd, laminaat wat omhoog komt door vochtigheid en in de badkamer vieze douchegordijnen. Kan wel echt een opknapbeurt gebruiken.

Fantastisch en relaxed: royal treatment!
Pros:

Fantastisch hotel, voorzien van alle luxe en een heeerlijk bed! We hebben genoten van het restaurant, de vriendelijke en beleefde staff, het zwembad en de spa-faciliteiten, echt een aanrader om even tot rust te komen in het prachtige Solo!

Nice place but a bit disorganised and lack of hot water
Pros:

Good location and a very grand building. Friendly staff. Great breakfast.

Cons:

It was a bit disorganised. Check-in took a long time. A few of our group ate in the restaurant and service was very slow/wrong meals served etc.
The water in the bedrooms wasn’t hot enough to run a bath which was very disappointing having paid for a suite.
