What I loved was that there was a nice young guy who, when we told him our assigned room didn't suit our baby—especially since it was a smoking room—tried hard to secure an alternative room and help us despite the late hour. + The breakfast was good and we enjoyed it.
There were a lot of things we didn't like:
1. The parking lot that was said to be available turned out to be a dirt lot that isn't right next to the hotel. You have to wait for an opportunity to get a decent spot that isn't next to the dumpsters.
2. The hotel facilities are outdated, the lighting is dim, and the bathroom has a bathtub instead of a walk-in shower, making it unsuitable for the elderly and young children. Mold covers the corners, and there are some mosquitoes.
3. Even though we switched from a smoking room to a non-smoking room, the blankets still had cigarette burn marks. The towels were also old.
Resepsiyonda bulunan Ömer Bey çok güzel karşıladı. Check-in işlemlerimi hızlı ve sorunsuz bir şekilde tamamladı. Çok güler yüzlü, nazik ve yardımseverdi. Otelin konumu oldukça iyi ve ulaşım açısından çok rahat. Odalar ve genel alanlar temiz ve düzenliydi. Kahvaltısı da gerçekten çok iyi, çeşitler yeterli ve lezzetliydi. Genel olarak konaklamamdan çok memnun kaldım.

The room was spacious and had good amenities.
The aircon. It was ok on top setting.
It was in a busy location. Perfect for business connected to roads to airport etc but for family holiday that would be somewhere else.
The service from the staff—especially at the front desk—was poor. When we asked where the pool was, we were told there wasn’t one at all (even though it was shown in the photos on the website and on Booking). My room key card kept malfunctioning; I went to the front desk six times to ask them to fix it. The hotel did have a pool after all, but it was only open for 30 minutes a day—the hotel management was making money by charging walk-ins for access to the pool and sauna, so they didn’t want to see us there. The ladder in the pool was broken and barely working; it has long been in need of repair or replacement. During room cleaning, they often didn’t provide cups for drinking water.

Der Service ist nicht so gut, es wird von fast niemandem Englisch gesprochen, Deutsch überhaupt nicht, nur türkisch. Der Fahrstuhl ist immer wieder mal ausgefallen, sodass nur einer zur Verfügung stand. Im Internet stand, dass es ein Pool gibt und eine Bar ganz oben, was beides nicht zutrifft, der Innenpool ist nur bei Buchung vom Spa zugänglich. Die Zimmerkarten sind immer nach etwa 3 Tagen decodiert, sodass man nicht mehr ins Zimmer kommt und jedesmal zuerst wieder an die Rezeption muss, um sie wieder freizuschalten.
