Pros:

A nice hotel in a good location

Cons:

The bathroom was not well designed. It had a shower bath which was quite dangerous plus it drained onto the floor flooding the bathroom floor.
Also the room safe didn't work.

Pros:

Удобное расположение рядом с остановками. Достаточно чисто и комфортно . Но одинаковые 3 блюда на выбор на завтрак сильно надоели.

Cons:

При выселение забыли в холодильнике 2 дорогих коробки конфет. Позвонили через пару часов, хотели вернуться забрать, но сказали, ни чего не было! Не приятно!

Während Busan Trips übernachte ich hier immer.
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr nahe am Bahnhof (selbst zu Fuß nur 15min, mit Bus/UBahn noch schneller) und zentral gelegen, trotzdem in der Nacht ruhig.
Es ist ein sehr sauberes Hotel mit japanisch angehauchter Ausstattung. Das Personal ist wirklich sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Ich bin sowohl vor der Check-in-Zeit angekommen als auch erst mehrere Stunden nach Check-out-Zeit wieder nach Seoul zurückgefahren. In beiden Fällen konnte ich kostenlos und absolut problemlos meinen Koffer im Hotel aufbewahren.

Cons:

Die Zimmer haben keine „Aussicht“, da das Hotel weder am Strand noch in einer besonders hübschen Gegend liegt.

Well located but awkwardly designed.

Cons:

Room was awkwardly laid out and cold. We had no control over the temperature. The “hot tub” was an oversized ordinary bathtub with shower. “City view” of surrounding buildings through a small window. Western breakfast was heavy on hot dogs and tossed salad with one egg, lean bacon and toast. Instant coffee.

3 night stay in Busan
Pros:

Loved the hinoki bath in our room! The bed was very comfortable. Amenities supplied, particularly the toiletries were excellent
The hotel is 1 subway stop from Busan station, located in Choryang ( walking distance to subway)

Cons:

Breakfast was included in the booking at a Vietnamese restaurant within the hotel. Unfortunately, the food was not very good- pho brisket is tasteless and the American breakfast was cold except for the egg
The hotel itself could use a bit of renovation as it is a bit old and looked worn out

Bring your own coffee, and don't pay for the breakfast if you don't like Vietnamese food.
Pros:

The room was large, and the large wooden bathtub was very nice.

Cons:

The coffee in the room was only a coffee tea bag, that made very bad (weak) coffee. Though we ourselves do not use sugar or milk/creme in our coffee, these were not even available in our room. Additionally, there was no spoon or any stick with which to stir coffee.
Breakfast: we did not know that the breakfast would be Vietnamese; one western option was available, but we didn't try it as it looked greasy. In short, we had only two other options for breakfast: fried rice or pho. The coffee with breakfast was delicious.
Staff: when we realized that the breakfast was Vietnamese, we asked the staff at the front desk for recommendations of other nearby restaurants, and he said he was sorry that he couldn't provide that. However, later I found the list of local restaurants on a sheet of paper on a bookshelf in the hotel lobby. Maybe this employee did not know about that list?
On both mornings we took a walk down the stairs, and were very surprised that the stairs were blocked by linens and towels both days at the fifth floor. Really we were SHOCKED, because not keeping the stairs clear is a safety violation.
Finally, for the price, we were disappointed that small repairs had not been made to the elevator. At the ninth floor, the frame of the elevator door in that hallway was bent, and inside the elevator the frame of the door was bent. The elevator did work fine, but the lack of repairs contributed to a shabby look.
