Pros:

Amazing room for great value, it was very clean and comfortable and I would stay here again. My room was on the same floor as the restaurant but the noise and smell did not get into the room because of the double entrance. It’s only a few blocks away from Busan Station and even closer to a subway station so it’s well connected and the area is quiet but has options near by. The staff was very kind and welcoming.

Cons:

평소 목뼈 부분이 좋지 않기에, 높은 베게를 사용하면 목디스크 현상이 심하게 오는 경향이 있습니다.
낮은 베게를 요청하였으나, 높은 베게밖에 없는 것이 개인적으로는 조금 아쉬웠습니다.

A perfect and well-connected stay in Busan
Pros:

This is an amazing hotel, 10-15m walk from the Busan train station (which is close to the ferry terminal). The staff was very kind and even upgraded the room as we checked in. The room was very large and had a wooden hot bath and a beautiful bathroom setup. This hotel was one of the highlights of my trip and I would definitively book it again when returning to Busan. It is close to public transport (metro and train station) and you can find a small shop one street away for drinks/snacks/food. We additionally booked the breakfast which was a standard plate with egg, sausages, salad, bread, coffee, orange juice etc. that was prepared when you arrived to the breakfast room. I liked the food but some may like to have more choice. Overall a great hotel!

Pros:

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was a pleasant surprise and a great bonus. The shower was luxurious and very relaxing. we also loved the bidet.

Cons:

The beds were uncomfortable and felt like an Aerobed. The window in the room faced another building with very little natural light coming in to the room. It felt like we were in a basement bedroom.

Cons:

그랜드오픈이라고 써있는 간판을 떼어야할것같다.
사진보다 시설은 깔끔하지않았다.
거기다 숙소에 대표인 스파호텔이
영하에 날씨에 온수가 나오질않아
새벽 2시까지 온수 나오도록 기다렸다.
근데 미지근한 물만~~
연박이여 다음날 프론트에 얘기했더니
룸 업그레이드는 시켜주었지만
이번엔 시트가 불쾌한 얼룩이 두군데
크게있고
침대쪽 턱이 있었는데 안전 표시가 제데로 않되여있어 친구가 턱에 걸려 넘어져 크게 다칠뻔했다.
또한 세면대에 수건걸이 조차없고,
전기 코드가 부족해 충전도 제데로 할수없었다.
그외 여러가지로
고객에 입장이 그다지 고려되여있지않은 숙소였다.
외국인 친구들에게 몹시 부끄러웠던 곳이였다

Pros:

It was a few minute walk away from the subway station so fairly convenient. The room I had was huge though it was a bit weird since the loo was separated from the bath area. Staff were happy to help even though they struggled with English.
