Nothing fancy but great value for the price.
The hotel is obviously old but apparently has some remodeling, I stayed in two rooms which were nice and spacious, but the bathrooms were not in bad condition. The caulking around the bathtub and tiles was in poor condition and very badly done, and the bathtub/showers were slippery enough to be dangerous.
Good points were the beautiful pool and dining area and the excellent staff who were friendly and gracious. Very reasonable price including an excellent breakfast. I would stay there again.
No airport shuttle which they advertise.
But the room, breakfast and staff worth the lill inconvenience of no shuttle .

Great location close to the sirport. We stayed for 3 nights throughout our 4 weeks in Bali and Komodo. The staff was excellent and very welcoming. The breakfast is exceptional providing a variety of cuisine to appeal to many different cultures.

Lovely stay, bath area just needs a deeper clean as there was a bit of mold on the bath. Staff were super helpful.
The food at the buffet gave us food poisoning which was horrific.
The staff were lovely but overall the facility needs some love. The rooms weren't properly cleaned, the shower flooded the entire bathroom, and the door to our room was broken.

Feel welcome from front desk staff, especially from Leony, she was 100% served me with heart. She helped me different things everyday I stayed there. She is a treasure of your hotel. Also a server in the restaurant named Budti, very nice man and excellent service too. I’ll stay here again.
Everything thing was great and the staff was very friendly. The only thing i can recommend is for the facility replace the mattress every couple of years. The sheets were clean but the mattress was a bit stained. Other than that my stay was great.

This hotel is definitely a motel not a hotel,the sheets were dirty water was dripping from the bathroom.That's one hotel that I will always remember to not using best Western brand anymore.Very dirty with low class bathroom.Worst than motel type in the US.
I spent 2 nights at the best western villa in Kuta. The staff were lovely & so accommodating, bedroom was comfortable for 1, and the pool area is beautiful and was very quiet during my stay. I ate all 3 meals at the restaurant on site and the food was delicious- the complementary breakfast had plenty of food options! Where my room was located it backed onto an alley way so there was some road noise at night (but nothing that was too terrible). I would recommend this hotel to others & really enjoyed my stay :)
