Było wszystko co trzeba. Trochę szkoda że tak krótko. Jest basen i nawet da się popływać. Woda wygląda na czystą, na pewno bardzo przejrzysta i nie czuć tony chloru. Śniadanie - można się najeść w opór jak się chce. Kawa, herbata, gorąca woda cała dobę. Lokalizacja Dobra, jak każda jak się ma samochód ;)
Spoko hotel.
Śniadanie syte ale mało urozmaicone. Ale przy tej cenie to i tak że było. W Toronto za 4 osoby za śniadania trzeba zapłacić porównywalną cenę jak tutaj za pokój dla 4 osób że śniadaniem ;)
Zero warzyw ale chyba standard bo jeszcze nie widzialek w Kanadzie warzyw ;)

After enter the room, then want to go out, and try the room card to tap the door look, no response, ask from desk have a check, then confirm the door look broken. I have to keep one person inside. They only give 25 dollar off, I ask full refund, call them. Email them , no response. So bad service.
Bad experience before check-in. Someone kept calling us to change my confirmed room type due to overbooking. This is unacceptable and shows poor management.
Fantastic stay. Clean, quiet. Staff is very accommodating. Lyndie at breakfast service was so helpful and kind. Went above and beyond to ensure all guest were satisfied.
Extremely disappointing experience. The sales manager kept calling me multiple times trying to change my room type because the hotel overbooked. I haven’t even started my stay yet, and already dealing with this kind of pressure is unprofessional. If a room is confirmed, it should be honored—not negotiated last minute due to internal mistakes.

Very clean and quiet
Lyndia from the kitchen gave us a wonderful service. I suggested her to have a QR code instead of a website to get in the service review. It's going to ease the process making is faster and user friendly.
