Cons:

The constant hum of the A/C installations on the roof. Very audible on the top floor. The floor even vibrated. The manager claimed it was "the wind", on this calm day.

The position of the temperatur sensoe is odd. The aircon blows until 16°C but the controler was set to 21.5 °C .

Showers and water pressure need attention
Pros:

Convenient location. Clean room. A good workout facility and the dining area was a good place for our group to hang out.

Cons:

Showers were horrible. Either scalding hot or ice cold. Had to switch rooms, but the next room's shower had very little water pressure. Very disappointing. Staff originally seemed disinterested. Then they did get maintenance to "fix" it, but the "fix" didn't work. Then when the manager got involved, we were able to change rooms.

Not the greatest experience
Pros:

I wasn't particularly pleased. I usually have great experiences at the Hampton but this time, there was visible dirt in the corners of the bathroom floor, the sheets didn't smell fresh and the towels and washcloths weren't bright white. One had the seem frayed and I think that if anyone is hand folding a towel or washcloth and comes across something dingy and frayed, it should be removed from the stack. The workers were very and helpful though.

Pros:

The breakfast was delicious and the whole hotel was amazing and the area look very neat well designed and clean was exceptional

I think all the quietness I was not used to being so quiet without any noise
