From underground station, directly you can reach the hotel throughout the underground.
Customer service was the biggest “wow” factor, truly the best I’ve experienced at any hotel. I booked one night using Hilton points and was generously upgraded to a Premier room, which I really appreciated. The staff also communicated very well in English, which made everything seamless.
The entire property exudes luxury, from the common areas to the smallest details. The room was excellent, offering a beautiful river view, an extremely comfortable bed, and a great shower. The complimentary chocolates and bottled water were thoughtful touches that added to the experience.
It was almost a perfect stay. The only downside was breakfast. I was looking forward to the buffet but was informed that my booking only included a breakfast credit at one of the lobby restaurants. While the breakfast itself wasn’t bad, it was still disappointing, especially since I recently stayed at a Hilton in Manhattan using points and received complimentary buffet breakfast there. For me, a breakfast buffet is a significant part of the overall hotel experience, especially in Asia, which is why I rated this property four stars.
Despite this, it was still a very good stay overall, and the exceptional service truly stood out.
While the Conrad Seoul is in a newer part of Seoul (Yeouido Business District), it doesn't lack great shopping, restaurants and outdoor activities within walking distance. And if you've booked a room that has access to the Executive Lounge, you're in for a delicious treat and view. Breakfast and especially lunch in Zest was a wonderful gastronomical experience.
The Conrad Seoul was quite memorable, and we thank Samuel Peter, the General Manager, for being gracious and helping us make the most of our five-day stay.

We learned from another guest that for the past 10 years he has always chosen to stay at the Conrad Seoul, and if we are ever back, we will definitely choose to stay here.
I hadn't stayed here for several years, but I was pleasantly surprised to find the hotel still in tip-top condition. Excellent, beautiful rooms, comfortable rooms, and facilities and public spaces were still gorgeous.
There were several employees I really wanted to mention. One was Joy, who checked me in. She was so warm and kind. She was also very accommodating to my needs and requests. I can tell she was doing an excellent job of maintaining company requirements while trying to be as generous as possible with me.
Jenny (손지영) picked up the phone every time I dialed 0, and every time, she was so helpful and nonjudgmental. I ended up dialing 0 many times during my three nights, and without fail, she was always so kind in the way she helped me.
Finally, Tino the bellman helped carry my incredibly heavy suitcase to the bus stop, where I had to rush to catch an airport bus that was arriving in 2 minutes. Any bellhop would be annoyed at this task, but even at the bus stop, he asked how my stay was and if I needed anything else. Incredible patience and attention to service.
I must say though that the hotel's breakfast was consistently disappointing. For a hotel of this calibre, I would expect more wow factor, as do other hotels in the city. Also, some of the room service items were not very good (especially they LA galbi. It was unfortunately bland). Other than this, it was a great, memorable stay. I look forward to visiting again soon!

My stay at Conrad Seoul was absolutely fantastic, and a huge shoutout to Tino at the entrance! When we struggled with a taxi that couldn’t fit our luggage on the way to Incheon Airport, he immediately arranged a larger one for us, making sure we didn’t miss our flight. His quick thinking and warm hospitality made our trip even more perfect—5 stars all the way!
Mimi at the Executive Lounge assisted me in settling down effortlessly. After dozen of hours travel, her warm greeting made me feel right at home. As a diamond member, she also acknowledged my status as well.

Hotel is very crowded and feels quite claustrophobic with number of guests. Queues at breakfast time. Long queues at check-in. Long waits for lifts which seem insufficient for volume of guests. Restrictions on number of times a day you can use pool. Occasional rigidity about dress code. Breakfast choice large and most things were good but I felt the quality of certain things were poor (bread was bad) and teabags stored together so English breakfast tea tasted of peppermint etc. I have generally had better experiences in cheaper high end hotels.

Very good service very kind peopole and welcoming staff. Very warm atmosphere and welcoming comfortable rooms. No noise whatsoever in the rooms rarely hear wind and never heard other people. The amenities in the rooms rarely room very good and came in use. Water purifier was fantastic most comfortable thing ever when you are thirsty. Very clean room and corridors very good room service and everywhere in the hotel was clean.
