Conrad Seoul

I read the reviews before staying at the Conrad Seoul, and what struck me was that the guests, many of them repeat guests, felt well-cared for by the Conrad Seoul’s exceptional staff.

After staying for six nights, I had the same experience. The staff throughout the hotel — front desk, concierge, food and beverage, executive lounge, fitness center, housekeeping — were uniformly outstanding. I’ve spent nearly a year traveling over the past four years staying at many hotels, and can honestly say that the Conrad Seoul wins hands down in terms of the combination of service, accommodations, and amenities.

The buffet breakfast at Zest was superb, offering a large selection of Korean, Asian and Western foods. I especially enjoyed their “signature” dish — a large steamed halibut each morning (prepared two different ways on alternating days) that was delicious — smooth and flavorful like Chilean sea bass. Also available was abalone porridge, a noodle station, a bibimbap station, eggs Benedict (and other egg preparations), bacon, sausage, desserts (loved the homemade cupcake with a dollop of chocolate and crunchy bits on top) and so much more. From day one the staff at Zest extended a very warm welcome, and remembered my food and beverage preferences each succeeding day. All staff were gracious and kind, especially food and beverage manager Jinsup Kim, team leader Minyoung Noh, and Assistant Manager Theo.

A special thanks also to front desk manager Andy and members of his team who assisted me — Jin, Matthew and Stella; Executive lounge staff, including Henry, Roy and Sam; and concierge staff, including Ella, Koon, Tino, and William.

Thanks to all staff at the Conrad Seoul — including those at the beautiful fitness center on the eight floor — for making our stay so memorable. Ours was truly a ten star experience ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I was deeply impressed by their professionalism, kindness, and exceptional customer service. Their warm hospitality made our stay especially memorable, and I would truly love to receive service from them again on my next visit.

My husband and I have stayed at many hotels around the world, including throughout Europe, but thanks to these three wonderful staff members, we can confidently say that the Conrad Hotel is truly one of the very best hotels we have ever experienced. We will gladly recommend it to many future guests.

We visited Seoul with our son to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and choosing Conrad was truly the best decision for this trip. At the front desk, Jin kindly congratulated us on our anniversary and generously arranged access to the Club Lounge for us. At the Club Lounge, Roy (Henry) must have heard that it was our anniversary, because when we visited, he prepared a special anniversary cocktail in a glass decorated with a congratulatory message. It was such a warm and memorable gesture. We felt sorry that we couldn’t finish it, but we truly appreciated it. Overall, it was a very satisfying stay, and we would like to extend our special thanks to both of them. We would definitely love to visit again if we have the opportunity.

Location was nice. It is the center of Korea Wall Street and next to the Korea Parliament with huge park and iconic Han River Pier. Of cource, nice restaurants and shopping centers are next door although hotel provides nice food. Room is spacious, quite and well maintained. I am a platinum member so I was able to access club. The staffs were kind and well trained. Especially, Team Leader Serena Park was very impressive on the managing club room and team. She was also friendly to guests and felt like home. It was good expierience. Thanks.

Our stay at the Conrad Seoul was truly unforgettable and without a doubt one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. We’ve stayed at Ritz-Carltons, Waldorf Astorias, and other Conrad properties around the world, but there was something incredibly special about the warmth and hospitality here that made this stay stand out above the rest.

From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, we felt genuinely cared for by everyone we encountered. Mr. Jin and Ms. Grace were absolutely wonderful and played such a huge part in making our stay so memorable. They were kind, attentive, thoughtful, and always seemed one step ahead in making sure everything was perfect for us.

We’re also so grateful to Mr. Theo, who took my husband’s shellfish allergy incredibly seriously. He took the time to communicate everything carefully with the Chef and personally helped guide us through what dishes were safe to enjoy. That level of care meant so much to us and allowed us to fully relax and enjoy every meal with complete peace of mind.

A very special thank you as well to Ms. Synthia, who helped arrange birthday plans for my husband and made the celebration feel so thoughtful and personal. It truly made his birthday unforgettable.

And lastly, thank you to Ms. Jee for the lovely turndown service and for keeping our room absolutely immaculate throughout our stay. Coming back to such a beautifully cared-for room every day was such a pleasure.

The people at Conrad Seoul are what make this hotel so exceptional. The kindness, professionalism, and genuine care we experienced throughout our stay were unlike anything we’ve experienced elsewhere. We left with the most wonderful memories and are already looking forward to returning someday.

Matthew checked us in, but even before this, the concierge team and the executive lounge team reached out ahead of time. Everything was perfect and any request we had was met with warmth and responsiveness. They even wrote a welcome message on the window. I have been a Hilton Diamond member for a number of years, but the service here is the best. I love it so much I am coming back in a few days!

The location is excellent. It is located in Yeoido, the financial district and in walking distance to meetings with banks. The hotel is connected to the IFC Mall and the Hyundai Mall - which have a lot of high end shopping options for gifts to bring back home and an upscale food court. As a bonus, many of the stores offer in-store duty free shopping - just remember to bring your passport for immediate savings.
The Executive Lounge upgrade is priced about right and worth it. The staff on 37 are another level of excellent service. Special shout outs to Grace, Sam and Roy/Henry, who each went above and beyond.

A gorgeous and elegant hotel in the middle of Seoul. Kind of far from main tourist sites but near the shopping malls and CBD. The service was excellent. Kind and friendly, refined and elegant. The spa was great. Pool was nice but you have to wear a swim cap which is annoying. Got a Hilton diamond upgrade to a better view, but was offered a discounted pay upgrade to a suite which was spectacular. We loved the hotel and did not want to leave.

Beautiful hotel, pretty convenient location with 2 subway line rightubder the hotel. Awesome experience in the executive lounge. Special shout out to Taylor. She went above and beyond to meet one of our request, making our trip so memorable.

Our check-in process was attended to by Julia, who was exceptionally helpful, knowledgeable and professional.

Our room was larger than the conventional hotel room. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. We were assigned a room looking out to the Han River, which had a very nice view.

Our breakfast was on the second floor of the hotel. We were greeted by Stella, who was friendly and always accommodating to our requests. She was attentive and offered us welcome drinks as Hilton Diamond Members.

Another plus point about the Conrad Seoul is that the hotel is connected to the IFC Mall and department store The Hyundai. There are no shortage of shops and restaurants within walking distance from the hotel.

Overall, I would highly recommend the Conrad Seoul as a top hotel to stay in Seoul. Even though the hotel is located in the business district of Yeouido, it is a short taxi or subway ride to other tourist attractions within Seoul.

We have a wonderful stay at Conrad Seoul from May 6th to May 14th. My husband and I truly enjoy every part of our experience.
The location is excellent, very convenient and connected to shopping,restaurant, and transportation. The hotel itself is beautiful, modern, and extremely clean. Our room was spotless everyday, and the housekeeping team did an amazing job throughout our stay.
One of the highlights was the beautiful river and city view from our room. Seeing the Han river and Seoul skyline, especially at night,made our stay even special.
We also loved the Executive Lounge. The food was excellent, and everything was always fresh and well presented. It was one of the best lounge experiences we have had.
The staff at the hotel were outstanding-always professional,warm, and helpful. We especially want to thank Taylor Kim , who made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. His kind attention to guess really stood out and made our stay memorable.
Thank you to the entire Conrad Seoul team for such a comfortable and enjoyable experience. We are already looking forward to returning in the future!

Having stayed at properties like the Waldorf Astoria Berlin, the Conrad Tokyo, the Intercontinental Ljublana, among others, the Conrad Seoul will always remain our absolute favorite.

From check-in to a surprise birthday celebration, the staff were extremely attentive, kind, caring, and always offered a helping hand.
