Aamiainen oli sen verran kallis, että emme syöneet aamupalaa hotellissa. Sijainti loistava, kaksi ostoskeskusta lähellä. IFC oli varsinkin hyvä ja Starbucks ja muihin kauppoihin pääsee helposti hissillä. Palvelu oli huippuluokkaa, hotellissa erinomainen ravintola ja baari SUT ja 37 Bar, josta upeat näkymät Han-joelle. Sali on loistava (sisäkengät mukaan, pakko) ja Golf-simulaattori oli ehdoton bonus.

Cons:

Jos pitää jotain sanoa... niin näin hienossa hotellissa on vain yksi vessa Lobbyssa. Yksi naisille, Yksi miehille. Uskon, että kannattaisi harkita uudelleen tätä ratkaisua. Premium hotellin fiilis katosi heti jos tuli vessahätä ja seisot jonossa muiden asiakkaiden kanssa, oli nopeampi lähteä huoneeseen 20+ kerrosta ylöspäin, joka ei naurata jos taksi on tulossa ja hissit kuitenkin usein täynnä. Salille ei päässyt noin vaan, eli piti olla sisäkengät mukana, toki tämä OK ja ostettiin kengät.

Pros:

Connected to underground shopping area and also close to Hyundai mall. Staff was very friendly, i needed some help with my airport transfer, and they offered to call and talk to the driver in Korean for better communication.

Best hotel experience ever!
Pros:

Amazing and beautiful hotel located within perfect distance of the Han River. The hotel is actually connected to the IFC mall with quick access to the subway and Hyundai mall. From day one checking in with the help of Summer all the way until we were helped out by Ryan who chatted with us while we waited for our ride to the airport, there was nothing but great employees who went out of their way to make our stay a very memorable one. We are definitely returning soon. Aloha!

A Memorable Evening Thanks to Outstanding Service
Pros:

We had a small misunderstanding regarding our Le Petit Chef ticket at Atrio inside Conrad Seoul.

However, the situation was handled exceptionally well by Liz Atrio, the restaurant manager. She was professional, calm, and genuinely solution-oriented. Thanks to her kindness and quick assistance, what could have been a disappointing experience turned into a wonderful Italian dining evening at the hotel.

The food was delicious, the atmosphere elegant, and the service truly impressive. We are especially grateful for the care and hospitality shown to us.

Thank you for turning the situation into such a positive memory. Highly recommended.

A warm place to stay with a friendly smile to greet you.
Pros:

My wife recently stayed at the Conrad Hilton in Seoul on our way back from the United States. We like to stay overnight at the Conrad to relax before taking the KTX back home to Pohang.

We had a wonderful time at the Conrad during our stay. When we woke up, we headed up to breakfast in the executive lounge dining room. While we were there, a lovely member of the executive lounge team came to our table. she greeted us warmly. She was very kind and sincere. Her poise and sweet nature made our dining experience feel special. After speaking with us, she returned with some fresh, healthy beverages for each of us. We were delighted by her thoughtfulness. She said that she remembered us from our previous stay and just wanted to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. This personal attention really made our morning feel special.

I am looking forward to our next stay during the lunar new year. We decided to get away from Pohang for a week a luxury at the Conrad.
