Conrad Seoul

Amazing and beautiful hotel located within perfect distance of the Han River. The hotel is actually connected to the IFC mall with quick access to the subway and Hyundai mall. From day one checking in with the help of Summer all the way until we were helped out by Ryan who chatted with us while we waited for our ride to the airport, there was nothing but great employees who went out of their way to make our stay a very memorable one. We are definitely returning soon. Aloha!

We had a small misunderstanding regarding our Le Petit Chef ticket at Atrio inside Conrad Seoul.

However, the situation was handled exceptionally well by Liz Atrio, the restaurant manager. She was professional, calm, and genuinely solution-oriented. Thanks to her kindness and quick assistance, what could have been a disappointing experience turned into a wonderful Italian dining evening at the hotel.

The food was delicious, the atmosphere elegant, and the service truly impressive. We are especially grateful for the care and hospitality shown to us.

Thank you for turning the situation into such a positive memory. Highly recommended.

Experience at Grand Club was excellent with great staff.

My wife recently stayed at the Conrad Hilton in Seoul on our way back from the United States. We like to stay overnight at the Conrad to relax before taking the KTX back home to Pohang.

We had a wonderful time at the Conrad during our stay. When we woke up, we headed up to breakfast in the executive lounge dining room. While we were there, a lovely member of the executive lounge team came to our table. she greeted us warmly. She was very kind and sincere. Her poise and sweet nature made our dining experience feel special. After speaking with us, she returned with some fresh, healthy beverages for each of us. We were delighted by her thoughtfulness. She said that she remembered us from our previous stay and just wanted to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. This personal attention really made our morning feel special.

I am looking forward to our next stay during the lunar new year. We decided to get away from Pohang for a week a luxury at the Conrad.

We had such a wonderful experience in Conrad Seoul. Room quality was great and employees were very kind and heartful ! Want to visit again.

I visited for my wife's birthday. I enjoyed the lounge check-in, lettering, cake and wine service, and a great evening cocktail. I was especially happy about the anniversary because the Olivia staff was so kind as to make a special cocktail for me. thank you

I really enjoyed my stay overall. The room was modern, comfortable, and nicely designed, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout.

What surprised me a bit was how the hotel handles the facilities. Some things, like the sauna or golf range, come with extra charges, and the swimming pool is limited to a set time per guest each day. For the price of the room, I would have expected a more generous and flexible approach.

The gym is fine for a hotel, and the breakfast is good, though there’s no à la carte option.

All in all, a pleasant stay with comfortable rooms and very friendly service. With a bit more flexibility around the wellness and leisure areas, it could really match the expectations you’d have for a hotel at this level.

The executive lounge team was exceptional, Serena and another gal . I was greeted with a smile , shown around and helped with a power adapter when I didn’t expect assistance from the executive lounge . The food and selection is top notch and definitely in the running for best in the world, pork ribs, calamari, garlic shrimp and apple tart = apple pie , meow !! This is my favorite lounge of the many I visited on this business trip.

Our stay at Conrad Seoul has been wonderful. All of the staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. The executive lounge offers different food options every day, including a bibimbap station, and they also have traditional Korean teas such as jujube, yuzu, and ginger available upon request.

Taylor noticed that we especially enjoyed these teas and went above and beyond by offering to create cocktails inspired by them — and they were delicious! More importantly, this thoughtful gesture truly showed how much Taylor cares about creating a memorable guest experience. Exceptional service like this made our stay even more special.
