A wonderful stay in a magical city
Pros:

Amazing property and beautiful restaurant setting. Staff were excellent.

Cons:

The food could have been better and there were only Indian wines on the menu in stock, everything else was not available. , but that is our only comment. Everything was excellent

We had a lovely stay in the heart of the old city.
Pros:

Wonderful architecture and decoration. Views onto Lake are stunning. Food food and reasonably priced. Excellent staff.

המקום מבטיח הסעה ממקום החניה כי אי אפשר להגיע עם רכב, אני יצרתי קשר והתעקשו שלא אקבל הסעה כי הזמנתי דרך booking, גם כשהסברתי מספר פעמים שלא הגיוני.
המקום מוצף באנשים שבאים להצטלם בכל איזורי המלון וזה לא נעים. הריח בחדרים מאוד לא נעים, ריח של חמרי ניקוי מסווה בקטורת.

Beautiful property but no privacy.
Pros:

The place is beautiful and by the lake. Staff at the restaurant is very good and take good care of you.

Cons:

No cars go up to the hotel. Also the hotel rents out the place for photography to the outside public, so the entire day you have people and camera guys all around the property, outside your room and the place becomes very noisy and chaotic. The residents don't get any solitude or can't enjoy the beautiful property and its window seating.

Underwhelming.
Pros:

Rooms were comfortable. Location was great.

Cons:

It was impossible to get in touch with the hotel. Calls were rarely answered.
Booking was not smooth. The hotel was unable to take payment from any of my credit cards which was stressful.
It was difficult to get in touch with anyone to confirm pick up from parking. No one responded to emails.
We chose the hotel to enjoy views from the terrace and restaurant. Except this was full of tourists taking pictures at every window. No one was eating or having drinks. It was not a nice ambiance.
Packed breakfast was very disappointing.

Pros:

Hotel was very beautiful from inside. Staff was very courteous. Breakfast was awesome with a lake view. As it's in old udaipur area..so we can reach there by public auto rickshaw which takes 5-10 min. Check in timings are 1pm so plan your journey accordingly.

Cons:

Restaurant food can be improved...we tried vegetarian in dinner...Though breakfast was great.
