Location was wonderful for the venue. Breakfast was mininally satisfactory.

Started off a little rocky, but thanks to Kathie, it ended up being unforgettable! Upon arrival, there was a mix-up with our room—what we had booked wasn’t available, and it was a bit frustrating. We were feeling a little stressed, but she immediately took charge of the situation. She was calm, professional, and genuinely empathetic to our concerns.

Not only did she quickly find a solution and upgrade our room, but she also went above and beyond by surprising us with a thoughtful gift basket. The basket was full of local treats, wine, and a note from the hotel thanking us for our understanding. It was such a sweet gesture that completely smoothed over the earlier hiccup and made us feel truly valued.

Kathie’s personal touch really made a difference in turning our experience around. The rest of our stay was perfect—comfortable room, excellent amenities, and fantastic service. We’ll definitely be returning and are grateful for Kathie’s kindness and professionalism.

I can’t say enough about how amazing Kateryna was during our stay in Frisco! From the moment we walked in, she greeted us with a warm, welcoming smile and made us feel right at home. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine kindness were above and beyond. She was quick to offer helpful recommendations for local dining and activities, and she made the check-in process a breeze.

But what really set Kate apart was her infectious positive energy. She was always so cheerful, making our stay in Frisco even more memorable. It’s rare to find someone who combines efficiency with such a personal touch, and she truly went the extra mile to make us feel comfortable.

To top it off, Kateryna has such a wonderful personality that I found myself joking with my friends that I’d love to find someone like her… in fact, if I could, I’d happily marry her one day, looks like she is single! If she’s any indication of the staff at this place, I’ll be coming back to Frisco again and again. Thank you, for making our visit so fantastic!

A Front Desk Experience That Truly Made My Day – Thanks to Katie!

From the moment I walked in, Katie greeted me with such a genuine smile that it instantly set the tone for the rest of my visit. You could tell she wasn’t just doing her job — she truly cared about making people feel welcome.

There was a small mix-up with my appointment time, and honestly, I was ready to be frustrated. But Katie handled it like a total pro. She listened carefully, reassured me, and within minutes had everything sorted out — all while keeping that calm, friendly energy that made it impossible not to smile back.

Throughout my time there, I noticed how Katie interacted with everyone — greeting regulars by name, helping new visitors find their way, juggling phone calls, and still finding time to check in to make sure everyone was comfortable. It’s rare to meet someone who can balance professionalism with such kindness and authenticity.

By the time I left, I remember thinking, “If every place had a Katie at the front desk, the world would run a lot smoother.” She’s truly the heartbeat of that office — efficient, warm, and a reminder that great customer service still exists.

What a nice hotel! Clean, smells good and a wonderful welcoming staff! Our room was a clean and nicely set up suite!
The breakfast was very very nice! Solano, the “hostess” was very welcoming, greeting guests and keeping everything clean and full! Eggs (every style), roasted and fresh vegetables, hot and cold cereal, waffles, bread, pastries, fruit and meat! Absolutely no regrets staying here!!!
