From arrival to departure everything was fantastic. The friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the room and property in general were totally dialed in to the highest level and appreciated. One stand out associate we really appreciated was Norivic at the front desk. She not only gave us a friendly warm welcome, but also was so efficient, professional, and knowledgeable. The management deserves acknowledgment not only for a well managed property, but especially for their skill in hiring friendly, highly professional associates like Norivic. Based on this experience we will always choose this property first, when available, as it is a standout.
Absolutely immaculate and the staff cleaning and serving breakfast were amazing.
Laundry facilities were not ideal. One dryer was not operating well and wasted time and money as a result.
My out-of-state daughters and I met for a mother-daughter week and stayed here for four nights. Our experience was very positive. My flight was delayed so my girls went ahead and were allowed to check in, and once I arrived the lady at the desk was SO helpful in getting the billing switched to me! Our room was clean and spacious. I liked all the shelf space (three females). There are lots of welcoming and peaceful areas to sit around the hotel (and yes, we got to see the bunnies). One of the elevators wasn't working but that did not impact us too much. The location is great; easy to get to and we were able to walk to the very nice mall. We were there with a bunch of high school hockey players and enjoyed the extra energy (two of us are teachers). I was impressed that we rarely heard them; must have fabulous sound-proofing. Lots of variety at breakfast. We will definitely return to this hotel for our next trip to DFW!
