Pros:

I had a really lovely stay at this hotel. Everything was very clean and well maintained, which made me feel comfortable right away. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always helpful – they really went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable.

I would especially like to mention Ayu Agung, who was exceptionally kind and attentive. Their warm and caring attitude made my experience even more special.

I also really appreciated the little details, like having water readily available, which made everything even more convenient. Another big plus was that I was able to check in earlier than expected, which I was very grateful for after my journey.

Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and I would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

Very small room. Husband got stuck in elevator, extremely noisy at night from street noise so didn’t sleep well . Nothing compared to their hotel in Tuban. Won’t stay there ever again
