A Very Comfortable Stay and Excellent Value for Money
We stayed at Grandmas Plus Hotel Legian for two nights and had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Considering the price, we found this hotel to be excellent value for money and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable place to stay in Legian.
The room was quite small and compact, but it was clean, comfortable, and perfectly adequate for the price we paid. What really made our stay special, however, was the exceptional service from the front supervisor.
When we first arrived in our room, everything was good, but we could hear some motorcycle noise from the road. We had unfortunately experienced a lot of stress from road noise at our previous accommodation, so we were particularly sensitive to noise during this stay. When front supervisor contacted us via WhatsApp to ask whether we were happy with the room, I mentioned the noise.
Front supervisor immediately offered to move us to a quieter room and arranged the change without any hesitation. Thanks to her quick response, we were able to stay in a much quieter room for the rest of our two-night stay and slept very comfortably.
What impressed us even more was that front supervisor continued to check in with us via WhatsApp during our stay, asking whether everything was comfortable and whether we needed anything. Her attention to detail and genuine care made us feel very well looked after.
Overall, we left Grandmas Plus Hotel Legian with a very positive impression. It may not be a large or luxurious hotel, but for the price, it offers excellent value, and the friendly and attentive service makes a big difference.
Highly recommended, especially for anyone looking for a comfortable and great-value hotel in Legian. A special thank you to front supervisor for making our stay so pleasant and stress-free!

My stay at Grandma’s Hotel in Legian was a really pleasant experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and well taken care of.
I especially want to appreciate Amri for his exceptional help. He was incredibly kind, patient, and always willing to assist with anything I needed. His friendly personality and genuine care made my stay much more comfortable.
Bhishma and Alex also deserve a big thank you for their excellent service and hospitality. The team made me feel like a valued guest throughout my stay.
