Gym was good and the bed was comfortable
Food was terrible. I ended up feeling very sick after the breakfast.
I like the location. I like that’s it’s not a huge property. The staff was great. The tall ceilings and ceiling fans were nice. This is my second stay.
Check in is at 4. Showed up at 3:20. Room was ready but they told me I had to wait until 4:00 or pay a $20 early check in which I think is pretty petty.
A three hundred dollar per night room should have glassware in it.

coffee was good and in general was ok.
Breakfast items that should have been piping hot were either tepid or actually cold. Unsafe in terms of food poisoning and certainly not a worthwhile breakfast

My mother and I stayed at this hotel to attend a recent event at the University of Texas. First impression was amazing! Aeon at the front desk offered such a warm welcome to us. Check in was a breeze, and the manager also came to the desk to greet us. (After we returned to the hotel post-event, Aeon asked us how it went - remarkable that she remembered and took the time to ask!)
The room was very comfortable (with high ceilings - a plus!), and the location was super convenient to campus. Parking under the building was also easy and convenient. Breakfast the next day was solid & tasty (and loved the mini lemon scones!), and the staff in that area were also super sweet and attentive. The experience was just wonderful, and we'll be back again!

My company paid for my first night and I ended up with an amazing room… very nice and enormous - above and beyond what I expected! That said, I wanted to stay another night to enjoy Austin and the room. The hotel was booked on all websites. So I went down to the front desk in the evening. Aeon literally worked some magic and was able to secure the same room for my next night! I was so thankful for her help and very much appreciated the effort. A bonus not having to switch hotels/rooms.
