clean, convenient, friendly, a few issues but not a deal breaker.
Pros:

price, beds, cleanliness, location, parking location-secured underground parking only accessible by room key.

Cons:

only 1 elevator working, and being on the 8th floor was a challenge.
the door to balcony was difficult to close.
the shower was wonky. you had to turn this knob and that knob to get the shower head to work

Great place to stay
Pros:

We were down in Austin for Texas Relays. Everything was great at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable. The atmosphere was quiet for the most part. The location was very convenient for what we needed, the breakfast was a nice addition. All of the people that we came in contact with were very helpful. If we are fortunate enough to come back, I hope that we are able to stay there again.

Felt surprised by parking charge
Pros:

I figured there would be a parking charge at this downtown hotel, but the amount was not readily apparently while I was booking. It ended up being $40 a night to park right under the hotel. Would have been easier to swallow if I had known in advance. There is apparently parking available across the street for $25, but at that one you have to pay again every time you enter.

The room was comfortable and it was a good stay other than my grumbling over the parking charge.

Pool was way tinier than it looked in the photos.

Perfect hotel for our UT campus visit
Pros:

This was a wonderfully located hotel very close to UT campus and the Capitol building— we just walked to both of them. The hotel is welcoming, very clean, convenient parking in a secure garage, and even had a family happy hour with snacks and games for family to play. Highly recommend!

Pros:

I like the location. I like that’s it’s not a huge property. The staff was great. The tall ceilings and ceiling fans were nice. This is my second stay.

Cons:

Check in is at 4. Showed up at 3:20. Room was ready but they told me I had to wait until 4:00 or pay a $20 early check in which I think is pretty petty.
