Okay - Probably will not stay there again.
Pros:

The room was clean, and that's about it. We did not get up for breakfast. The location was okay. There was not a lot of restaurants in walking distance, and the ones that were close, were not open at 2pm on a Saturday?

Cons:

Parking lot/garage was way to small for how many rooms were there at this hotel, and had no backup area to park. Then we had to park in front of the building, unsecured area, and exposed to the street. Front desk receptionist were slow, and wanted to look more at what they were looking at on the computer (online) then tending to the guest.

In Austin for a concert
Pros:

Good location for attending moody centre for a concert. Bus stop no 20 from airport stopped right outside and one back to airport one block over. Staff friendly food breakfast choice

clean, convenient, friendly, a few issues but not a deal breaker.
Pros:

price, beds, cleanliness, location, parking location-secured underground parking only accessible by room key.

Cons:

only 1 elevator working, and being on the 8th floor was a challenge.
the door to balcony was difficult to close.
the shower was wonky. you had to turn this knob and that knob to get the shower head to work

Great place to stay
Pros:

We were down in Austin for Texas Relays. Everything was great at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable. The atmosphere was quiet for the most part. The location was very convenient for what we needed, the breakfast was a nice addition. All of the people that we came in contact with were very helpful. If we are fortunate enough to come back, I hope that we are able to stay there again.
