Embassy Suites by Hilton Knoxville West

The hotel was beautiful. Room was great other than the view, Room 223 overlooks roof and nearby car dealership. Bed was very comfortable, the full size shower amenities were fantastic, Evelyn and Crabtree shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion! We enjoyed the hot tub and sauna, had it all to ourselves. We enjoyed the complimentary drinks and cheese and crackers time. We ate at the in-house restaurant, Erika was fantastic! Now the breakfast was phenomenal. David is professional, helpful and an awesome chef! His made to order omelets and cheese grits are not to be missed. We will definitely stay again!

Everything about this hotel was amazing. Beautiful facility, clean, comfortable, very friendly staff.

This is an average Embassy Suites.
I would stay here again but would consider many alternatives before I did.

The high point of the visit was the guy who cooked our omelettes on Wednesday morning. Very engaging and I’d have gladly invited him to our table just to talk. Breakfast was great.

The lobby is very comfortable to work in. I’m actually writing this from the lobby at 6 AM.

Staff is friendly.

The room was worn. Lots of stuff they could improve on. First, the floors still had a lot of debris that should have been vacuumed up before we go there. They give you a Kuerig coffee maker and lots of K-Cups (much appreciated) but only two creams. The number of cream containers should match the number K-Cups. TV remotes are terrible. The one in the living room doesn’t work at all (Room 619). The bedroom required a lot of punching to make it work.

Water pressure is low. I know hotels want to be “green” so put low flow in, but if I get half the water and spend 3 times the time in the shower, where’s the benefit. Same for the bathroom sink. Also, while stylish, the bathroom mirrors and lighting make it difficult to shave.

I was pleasantly surprised when I accidentally left my “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door and there was a note to contact the front desk if I wanted my room serviced. I returned from a meeting at 1 PM and went down to the desk and asked to have the room serviced. Worked in the lobby for 2 hours and returned to the room - nothing had been done. Might want to rethink their strategy on the note.

Parking is limited and the spaces are very tight. Lots of trucks. You can park, but not sure you can exit the vehicle.

Will I come back? Maybe, but will shop before I do.

We stayed at Embassy suites knoxville west to be close to a school function. The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly and hospitable. As you enterered there was green moss wall and waterfall that made for a relaxing atmosphere. The room was comfortable and quiet. In the morning we hit the gym and enjoyed the breakfast that was included.

So let me start by saying we are Lifetime Hilton members so we know the good from the bad!
The Good: the restaurant and bar staff are amazing!! The food is also really good!
The Bad: Room 607- the water in the shower never got hot. So my children had to take quick Luke warm showers. The drawer in the bedroom nightstand wouldn’t close so it just stayed open. The lights at the sink in the bathroom were out so I could not see to get ready. And the best of all was this blood stain on the duvet!
Needless to say we will no longer be staying at this hotel!
It’s definitely not worth the price to stay here!

Stayed here for a night on my way through town. It is located in a nice part of town, and there appeared to be a lot of restaurants and businesses nearby. I was in a king suite on the top corner of the hotel. It was well appointed with a mini fridge, coffee maker, upgraded Crabtree and Evelyn bathroom amenities, and even had a goodie bag waiting. The bed was comfortable and I could watch TV from both the bed and the couch. There was a desk/table between the kitchen area and the couch. The bathroom was also large and spacious. The bar downstairs was small but nice. Breakfast in the morning was good as well. Omelette bar and a small hot food buffet. Would stay here again.
