Its located in a very good area. 7/11 is nearby, a Michelin star restaurant is walking distance, massage places, malls etc

Everything seems good, except the customer services.
Pros:

My booking is done by Booking.com, the website instructed me to request Tax Invoice from the hotel but i tried to message and call, nobody reply. Lousy customer service.

Cons:

Poor customer service, nobody taking care OR reply to my message and calls.

Cons:

First of all, the hotel is quite far from the city center. Considering Bangkok’s traffic, it can take around 45–50 minutes by car to reach the main tourist attractions. Although the metro station is nearby, the ride still takes about an hour due to the number of stops.

From the outside, the hotel looks renovated, but the interior feels old and outdated.

In terms of cleanliness, we found two small dead cockroaches in the bathroom.

Just take this into consideration before booking.

駅から近い、アクセスがよい。
深夜便でしたが、チェックアウトの後にプールも使えて夜10時ぐらいまで荷物も預かってくれて良かった。
