Amazing view and stay
Pros:

Clean and very comfortable, with amazing staff—I would happily stay again! The restaurant offered a good variety of delicious food, but the highlight was the view. I loved gazing out over the lake, especially from the dining room.

Cons:

My one suggestion would be to offer snacks or light bites between meal services. Since the hotel is outside town, missing lunch or wanting an early dinner means waiting until the next meal service, with no food available in between. Having a few simple options would make an already lovely stay even better!

Pros:

Desayuno delicioso, vistas excelentes y personal muy amable. Cómodo el estacionamiento y fácil de llegar.

Cons:

Pensamos (todas las fotos lo mostraban así) que sería una cama grande (para dos) y una cama single para la tercera persona. No estaban mal las camas, pero esperábamos lo otro.
No funcionaban los jacuzzi.

Pros:

El hotel tiene una excelente ubicación: en las afueras de Puerto Natales; es muy tranquilo y tiene unas vistas increíbles al fiordo Última Esperanza, es bastante limpio y acogedor. El personal es muy amable y pro activo, en especial Francisca, la joven de la recepción. El desayuno es bueno y variado, la comida del restaurante también es buena. Definitivamente recomiendo este alojamiento 100%.

Cons:

El wifi en la habitación es un poco lento e inestable.

Localisation. au bord du lac mais excentrée du centre ville ( taxi necessaire)

Ambiance froide, couloir ressemblant à une gare. Décor minimaliste Matelas sur un bloc de béton où vous vous hurtez
