Very helpful staff. When we checked out last Monday morning of 27 April 2026, the male staff on duty went out of his way to assist us and even got wet from the rains while helping us load our luggages into the trunk of our taxi to the airport. Thank you very much.

Overall, a very comfortable and pleasant hotel in a great location but still quiet. Despite construction going on at the hotel whilst I was there, it wasn’t too disturbing.
The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was small but I had what I needed. It came with a soaking tub, which really came in handy after 20-30k steps every day.
I stayed for a week by myself and felt comfortable and safe the whole time.

Fantastic place. I chose this hotel because of the good reviews and it was a very good choice indeed. The hotel is located almost in the center of the city – 20 min walk to Tokyo Station but the neighbourhood (Ningyocho) is really quiet and relaxed. Coming back in the evening after day of sight-seeing I felt almost like at home. There are grocery shops, nice local restaurants (super friendly ramen place!) and even very clean McDonalds - everything open till very late, There are three metro station – 2 almost round the corner and the third 10 minute walk. The hotel is very clean. The breakfast is a mix of western and Japanese stuff you can always choose something nice. All the staff in the hotel are super friendly really. I was at the top floor and wi-fi in my room didn’t work. The gentleman from the reception came immediately with me to my room (it didn’t matter that it was after 11pm) and installed rooter dedicated only to my room. Everybody spoke communicative English and only rarely helped themselves with the translator. There was no problem to communicate at all. The room was obviously pretty small (remember it’s not Four Seasons Hotel and it’s Tokyo) and there was no proper wardrobe but I was by myself so I made it. (I kept clothing in my suitcase and there was enough space under comfy bed to keep open suitcase there). I stayed there 8 nights and it was real pleasure I definitely would stay there again.

I got the best room view in the hotel and it was very nice. Room was clean, had everything I needed besides safe. Very good location, a lot of nice places for breakfast and easy subway access.
