Would stay again and recommend this place to anyone.
Pros:

Very clean rooms, plenty of amenities, close to subway and walking distance to Narita/haneda bus (tcat) terminal, which is an easy way to transfer with luggage to the airport.

Очень приятный, чистый, комфортный отель в удобном по логистике месте. Пижамы, косметика, чай в лобби. В номере есть чайник. Номера не большие, но комфортно и удобно

Hotel idéalement situé et proche de plusieurs lignes de métro.

Cons:

L'hôtel était en travaux, principalement au rez de chaussé (réception/salle de déjeuner). Ce qui n'a pas permis de disposer des petits déjeuners. C'était aussi générateur de bruits dans la journée.

The room is really small. It’s not possible to have your suitcases open, especially if you have big suitcase.

Good place with good people for a good price
Pros:

I had a delightful time at Sotetsu Fresa Inn Nihombashi-Ningyocho

The room was cozy, the staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious.

Traveling outside was really easy, with multiple metro stations close by as well as numerous restaurants and cafes to grab something to eat or drink

I can highly recommend it to my friends and family

Great value for money. I’ll recommend if you are on a solo trip.
Pros:

Great location. Easy to access to many places by trains. Got some great local culture and food there. Relatively quiet at night.

Cons:

Everything is ok. But the hotel currently is undergoing renovations, hence it can be quite noisy after 9am. Also you can hear the housekeeper working in the morning, which is normal.

Pros:

我認為飯店有提供備品這部分很好，而且飯店櫃檯人很親切，一樓也有行李秤重可以測量，走路大概十分鐘就有直達機場的巴士站，大概6分鐘就有地鐵站

Cons:

可能因為是商旅空間比較小一點，但一個人的話剛剛好，雖然行李箱無法完全打開會擋住門
