Stay was good except front liners and managers were very rude and not customer service orientated

Cons:

The front staff behavior was rude.. no good morning upon checkin , no welcome drink as well as water bottle despite it’s available for certain guests. When asked for info , they got disturbed.
Staff at restaurant Mr Sandip was very welcoming and helpful and the little boy Lakshman as well..

Relaxed stay with prompt and pleasant service.
Pros:

Well located. Helpful staff. Was given early check in and room upon request. Did not put time pressure for check out. Breakfast spread was nice, although repetitive over days. Would have been nice to see some more local cuisine options.

Cons:

Lobby was warm/hot (air conditioning was not effective). It also had a faint unpleasant smell when we arrived.

Отличный персонал. Работники отеля делают все для комфорта пребывания. Хороший отель, хороший номер.

Cons:

Кровать скрипит. Мы выбрали этот отель также потому, что там есть бассейн. Но это просо фото для рекламы. Он неудобно расположен, очень маленький 3 на 2 метра с мутной водой. Когда я пошёл проверять, что за бассейн, в него с крыши испражнялась обезьяна. Короче забудьте про бассейн
