Avoid this hotel!!
Pros:

Although this hotel has nice rooms and good food we recommend you to avoid this hotel. There is s scam going on to steel your passport. During checkin we were in a very animated conversation with the receptionist and got so distracted that we did not noticed that we got only one passport back instead of two. The passports are always in a purse which we put in the safe in the room. After checking out the next day we took the taxi to the airport. During that trip I noticed that we had only one passport instead of two. So we immediately returned to the hotel. They told us that they did not find the passport at reception and that we should check the room. Although I knew that the passports are always in the purse in the safe, we searched the room: under the blanckets, under the beds, in the safe, in the dustbin and in the drawers and found nothing. I told that it must be at reception because that was the only place I took the passports out the purse. We noticed that both man behind the reception act very nervous and one of them started to hyperventilate. Suddenly one of them ran back in the hotel and the other one told us that he was going to check the room again. Within 30 seconds (not even enough to reach the room) he came back holding the passport and told us that he found it under the bed. Although we were glad to have both passports now and were able to be on time for our flight, we realised that we just have been victims of a scam to steel one of our passports. So please pay close attention when you checkin at this hotel.

Рядом с аэропортом, хорошее обслуживание персонала очень внимательное, очень вкусный ресторан, большой номер

Cons:

Не открываются окна, воздух только кондиционированный, больше одной ночи не прожить. Белье какое то синтетическое, скользкое, к телу неприятно, и под ним жарко. На одну ночь перетусоваться между перелетами норм, но не более того

Extreme friendly staff. Excellent breakfast and diner. Room comfortable and clean.

Almost nothing. The location is in fact only to reach by car/taxi. Walking from there is difficult.

Bon hôtel situé à une dizaine de minutes en voiture de l'aéroport de Delhi. Bon standing, tout est propre, les chambres sont spacieuses, la literie est confortable, le personnel est agréable. Notre vol étant tôt, l'hôtel nous a fourni le petit déjeuner à emporter.

Cons:

Rien de particulier autour de l'hôtel, la nuit est un peu chère au regard de la prestation assez classique fournie

Coming back !
Pros:

Excelent food and serving, cozy room with garden and birds view, nice swimming, close to the airport but you cannot feel that, very pleasent open and green space, warmth of the water , nice sunset and garden well maintained, they even clean the windows of the rooms on exterior, as a regular program, such a rare thing to see at the hotels , I travel a lot and I am definitely save this place for coming back

others noise guests, who can wake you up or capturing all swimming pool . but that is by luck you have not the hotel. I had 2 nights and i had one of the evening pool so serene and peaceful, the other one just 2 couples manage to feel pike on a stadion 🤣 Come earlier to the swimming pool, or would be nice to keep the pool one for dinner time as well

Hotel limpio,moderno situado en una zona tranquila cerca del aeropuerto. Personal amable y la comida del restaurante buena aunque me pareció un poco cara.

Cons:

Hemos contratado un taxi con ellos para que nos lleve al aeropuerto y me parecio caro( 17 euros por 8 kilómetros de trayecto) .Al venir del aeropuerto hasta el hotel en la tarde precedente nos cobraron solo 4 euros así que me parece una diferencia bastante grande.

Nice stay at Four points Sheraton
Pros:

The hotel itself very nice, beautiful, cosy and clean. Not far from the airport which is very convenient when having a flight on the next day. We were given a room 332 which was far away from the reception and restaurant. So the lady at the reception was nice and changed the room for a nearest one. As it was cold and bit freezy we were given a heater. The staff is really nice and caring. Thanks for that

However, there was works being undergone in a room beside ours which was very loud in the morning. So we could not sleep as from 7.30- The power-electricity went off all the times which means that we did not have internet as well. We don't speak and understand much Hindi, so we would have liked to get a proper English channel. This was only possible when the internet works properly , this was unfortunately not functioning. I called several times at the reception and spoke to the lady responsible for the maintenance. She said this won't happen again because she would care for that. Unfortunately it always happened that internet, electricity etc went off! The personal in the restaurant was bit confused too, we had to wait long and ask several times for the drink menu. Food was great, we had an awesome briani but the staff remained very courteous. Bill needs to be checked because we were overcharged for our drinks, this was corrected after inquiry.
