Do yourself a favour and visit this property - I stayed here 3 times and hope to visit again.
Pros:

Excellent in every sense of the word. Rooms, staff and location are 5 star ⭐️ while the breakfast buffet is 6 star 💫. Two special staff members get a mention in the photos - professional, polite and caring.

Cons:

Everything is excellent - I couldn’t fault a thing. 👍

Wonderful Hotel close to Airport..
Pros:

great hospitality, Perfect Breakfast, Very fast room service, Good location.. I love the hotel... One of the best breakfast ever I had in India. reception was fast and polite, I ate a pizza at lunch, it was very delicious...

Friendly and welcoming staff, no exceptions. Pleasant grounds with nice pool area. Comfy beds and great shower/bathroom. Food was good. Overall a peaceful place to relax before our flight home.

The reception staff were good. The room was good. Restaurant staff need capacity building.
Pros:

The location of the hotel was good with a garden and pool.
The reception staff were good and well trained.

Cons:

The garden area was full of litter.
The room was noisy due to engineering works but the engineers did eventually stop the noise after being reminded 3 times by management to stop.
The waiter in the restaurant asked me, half way during my main course, whether I would like to have dessert. The Hotel restaurant staff need to be further trained if the expected quality of such a hotel is to be maintained.
