Nice architecture, poor lighting in rooms

The location.

Cons:

Lighting was terrible, we could barely see at night. The light switches did not control specific lights, they were "intelligent" and did whatever they wanted and not what we needed. The reading lights next to the beds did not swing enough over the beds to read anything. The bathroom was small and cramped.

Cons:

Piscine très petite et très froide, peu utilisée du coup.
Une politique d’établissement pas très arrangeante, pour un établissement de ce standing c’est assez surprenant : nous avons demandé un Check in plus tôt le premier jour et à part nous soumettre des options payantes aucun arrangement ne nous a été proposé. On nous a dit que nous recevrions un mail lorsque la chambre serait prête, cela n’a pas été fait.
De même nous avons quitté l’hôtel à 5h du matin le dernier jour, aucun panier repas pour le petit déjeuner (pourtant payé)ne nous a été proposé, un peu surprenant pour un hôtel de cette catégorie

Incredible nature views and perfect location
Pros:

Amazing location so close to public transportation, local restaurants and bars and easy to get to and from. The views were just beautiful, the garden and plant details perfect and the staff were all friendly and helpful.

Cons:

I would have loved to see the in hotel bars and restaurants with some live music and more atmosphere but as a hotel couldn’t complain at all.

Gorgeous property in the city, look elsewhere for poolside fun

Excellent location, wonderful staff, delicious food, beautiful architecture and interiors.

Cons:

Freezing pool (March) we had planned to have a relaxing couple of days by the pool but it just wasn't possible because the kids got cold so quickly. Also note that the description of the family room having "it's own infinity pool" is somewhat misleading - it means the bath tub has an infinity edge.

酒店外观设计非常棒，沙发改床的时候会给铺一个床垫，小孩子睡在上面长度刚刚好（长度大概有1.6m）
