Always a great place to stay
Pros:

Always clean despite construction. I got to stay in one of the renovated rooms at it was terrific

Nothing. There was nothing wonderful about this place or the staff

Cons:

I had to pay for breakfast, the staff was not clean and professional and I was given dirty water. I will never ever again stay at another Hilton. And there was hammering all day .

Wouldn't recommend. Wouldn't return. Way overpriced for the experience.
Pros:

The dining staff were very friendly.

Cons:

The room was dirty (liquids spilled on walls and left, fabric on couch and ottoman were stained and torn. Hotel advertised room service, but could only be ordered "to-go".

Pros:

Beautiful setting around the property and connected to the conference center.

Cons:

The room doors are set where they slam closed, and in our room, there was hair in the bathroom, the toilet was not clean, and the air thermostat was broken. It still functioned, but I had to use a toothpick to reach inside to adjust the temperature. All was reported with no response.

Great Stay! Clean, Comfortable, and Safe
Pros:

We enjoyed our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Texarkana. We were just passing through and need a place to crash for the night, The hotel is convinetely located off the interstate. Our room was clean and well-maintained. We felt safe which is important to me. This is a solid choice if you’re staying in the area.

Pros:

People at front desk are not nice at all.
They double charged foe my week trip stay in hotel. It was hard to cancel one.
And property look very old and still charge very expensive like c a new property other hotels.
I am not booking this hotel. Bad impression.

Pros:

The Food, room, bartender was great the blonde female made fantastic drinks, and food recommendations. The only negative is the noisy construction on the 5th floor.

Pros:

There was rust and mold in the bathroom. The front do staff appeared upset very unfriendly. When asked for a crib they said it was no longer offered, yet the facility advertises crib. They placed me on the 3rd floor where they were providing maintenance to 5 rooms. I will definitely not be staying here again.

Pros:

Mold coating the pool and hot tub. Hot tub safety handle broken causing dangerous conditions. No continental breakfast. Disappointing for the price. The bed was very comfy and cozy though. Good water pressure and clean shower. However, we won’t go there again.
