Cons:

Staff can be nonchalant when booking in. No real enthusiasm when receiving guests. The call service to the restaurant/bar was very good and their service was efficient.

I'll be back for Eid which is round the corner so fix up the little issues.
Pros:

The restaurant and all its staff including managers and hotel manager himself were extremely friendly over a 7 night stay. Keep it up

Cons:

The hotel initially tried to scam me wither the hotel its staff or someone from a 3rd party website posing as the hotel.

Cleaning ladies for the room need to stop having attitude or show discomfort in their face to customers when we are coming out the room late for the day and they in a hurry to clean. Which eventually they ended up doing a shitty clean up. We are guests for 7 nights imagine at times we nust want to lay in the bed after breakfast and do nothing.
