Pros:

It was clean, and I appreciated the security by the parking lot entrance. I had peace of mind knowing my car was safe at night.

Cons:

My room didn't have a flat screen TV. It will be good if the hotel can include different channels like Netflix, YouTube etc. You just had basic channels and for someone that had traveled from far, I was truly disappointed. There isn't enough power outlets next to the bed. Thankfully I had brought an extension cord that I ended up using so I could charge b
my gadgets.

Pros:

The rooms are clean, spacious and well decorated.
Lovely view.

Cons:

Only 1 working lift for 11 floors is unacceptable, I had to walk down 8 flights of stairs and waited 20 minutes to go back up on my return.

The breakfast was disappointing, most dishes were to dry and overall not tasty.

My favourite place to stay on business but it need some TLC.
Cons:

The one life was being replaced and this was not forthcoming when we booked. The place is starting to show its age with need for an update .

Rest night before continuing drive up north.
Pros:

Cons:

Parking was full due to various conferences
Only one lift working , the other one in repairs, it was very entertaining as were given a 9th floor room 🤣 but not so if you having an emergency.

Super hotel
Pros:

Dinner was a buffet! Absolutely everything was so delicious from the starters to the main course and the desserts. There was a wide selection of food available. Everyone was catered for . Staff were very friendly as well. I definitely recommend this restaurant if you're looking for a tasty meal in Umhlanga.

Pros:

View and overall hotel was nice

Cons:

There was a conference and the room next door had 10 people in one room, having a party with loud music, doors open and loud shouting, till 2 until I went to the room myself .While I understand it’s difficult and the staff did try help calm it down I don’t understand how that was allowed to happen.

Missed breakfast as I was trying to get some sleep in.

Very bad experience and won’t be going back.
