Cons:

We had to wait 20 minutes for the lifts to arrive on the ground floor because there was function happening on the 11th floor. We had to end up walking up 9 floors because we could not wait any longer.

Impressive and relaxing overall.
Pros:

A colleague had come for a conference last year and recommended it .

Cons:

Very limited TV channels since I was travelling with a teen boy. Also there is hardly any cutlery in the rooms however upon request it was delivered.
