It was okay, they just need to pay attention to the functionality of everything on their rooms

It met my basic requirements. That’s an overnight stay. You service can improve

His name was Timothy.

The hotel legal representative Melisha called me and defended the perpetrator.
Denied the incident instead of managing the situation.
