Location. The staff is very nice and friendly. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable (bedding etc).
The rooms could be way cleaner. Lot of dust on the furniture and on the carpets. The daily room cleaning is not properly done either. Same thing in the halls and in the gym.

Spacious room, clean and quiet. I slept well here. The neighbourhood was green.

We were very satisfied with our stay. It’s a very quiet, peaceful, and beautiful place. The area and location are convenient. We enjoyed the view of the inner courtyard and the sound of birds singing. We recommend choosing a room with a garden view. The staff were attentive and friendly, helped us, and changed our room. The breakfasts were delicious and varied. We liked everything.

Location is good but everything else a disappointment.
The hotel is not worthy of the IHG chain. It is only 3 stars. The maintenance of the hotel is poor. The design has flaws. The "master" light switched off completely so the room was pitched dark and the bathroom did not have a night-light at night. After I pointed this out, a technician had to bring a table lamp to plug into the bathroom floor the whole night. The water temperature in the shower was inconsistent, hot one minute and cold the next, I had to keep turning the dials so I did not catch a cold. The drapes and blinds were sharing the same touch buttons so it was confusing to make it open or shut. Only one out of three concierges spoke English (he was helpful), and they also act as porters so, often their desk was empty. When I needed to cancel a dinner reservation and there was no concierge around, I went to the front desk, a tall guy on duty 31st March evening named Gavin, was so arrogant he refused to assist, saying it's not his job to do so. There was not even a line behind me. When I pointed out there was no concierge around to help me, he told me to wait for him. I was in a hurry and got really irritated. I insisted and said I will report him to IHG, only then he reluctantly wrote down details. What sort of hotel is this???
