Prestation de qualité dans un hôtel très confortable avec un personnel compétant et très accueillant
Pros:

Hôtel bien situé et très bien insonorisé, chambre avec lit très confortable avec tout le nécessaire pour passer une bonne nuit en sécurité et dans un calme absolu.... les petits déjeuners sont très clean, variés et copieux dans un cadre très agréable.

Cons:

j'ai commandé un digestif le soir au diner et la dose servie même si elle est règlementaire selon les règles de l'hôtellerie sont très chères pour la quantité. je n'e l'ai pas bu et je n'ai pas été facturé car je l'ai refusé pour quantité insuffisante. c'est le seul point négatif à tout mon séjour que j'ai trouvé très satisfaisant et très agréable.

Small but decent hotel rally close to MBK centre and other shopping areas
Pros:

Very central and fantastic location for shops. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful! Nice buffet type breakfast with a wide variety of things to choose from.

The room was quite small!

Great for an introduction to Thailand and Bangkok but once is enough.
Pros:

Great location to explore after arrival. Staff were always polite and helpful and breakfast menu is plentiful. For those exploring the area and sightseeing, this is a great location as it is next door to the rail network, which is relatively easy to navigate. MBK Shopping centre is within a few minutes walk and has a diverse range of goods, including super clone items :-) Tuk Tuk rides, taxi’s and the rail network can get you easily to and from all of the key tourist attractions and nightlife.

Cons:

Rooms need updating and our room which was close to the lifts was extremely noisy all night. Foot traffic and the dig dong lift sounds were mentally exhausting. Access for car/taxi transport is problematic due to one-way road network leading to and from the hotel entrance. Traffic outside is permanently busy and during peak hours is chaotic.
