Great location - easy to find and near lots of public transport options. Nice restaurant on site. Gym and small pool. Comfortable room and nice bathroom. Quiet for good sleep!

Комната рассчитана на пару,а не на семью,хотя заявлено 24 метра и семейный номер. Кровати стоят в ряд,приходилось вставать прямо по кроватям!
Да, ещё стеклянная стена между ванной и комнатой,ну типа романтично,а мы с двумя внуками. Недоумение и удивление

La piscina aveva l’acqua fredda e l’aria condizionata era troppo alta. L’abbiamo usata solo una volta per questo motivo.
Overall, it was a great location, the staff were excellent and very helpful. The ladies that looked after my room were excellent, and the breakfast team over the weekend were chatty and friendly.
The gym could do with being updated - but for a quick workout and stretch it covers the basics
The team here were delightful. Location is excellent by the river but on a nice tree lined avenue. Cleanliness and comfort were excellent and Restaurant/Bar a really lovely place to relax

Great location and comfortable room. Nice pool/sauna area.
It wasn't our first time in this hotel, so I was very disappointed to be given a worst room (1st floor, back courtyard with aircon views only) compared to the room we stayed before (and the prior 2-night stay was half the price of this one-night stay, and with added breakfast, which we didn't get this time). It is very disappointing that prices fluctuate this much but service doesn't match the price spike.

Staff aren’t the friendliest, pool has to be booked in advance and you only get an hour. Also it was freezing.
