I would like to express my dissatisfaction with what has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had.
The level of customer service was extremely poor. Staff were unhelpful, at times discourteous, and provided incorrect information. I found this both disappointing and unacceptable. Despite raising a complaint during my stay, no meaningful action was taken.
Furthermore, the overall comfort of the accommodation was far below expectations. I experienced significant discomfort each night and struggled to sleep, which greatly impacted my stay. In comparison, I have experienced better comfort even in lower-rated establishments.
In terms of value for money, the experience did not meet reasonable standards. It appears that customer satisfaction is not given the priority it deserves.
I am also particularly concerned about being misinformed by staff regarding complimentary items. I was advised that anything outside of the minibar was complimentary and that I could help myself. However, after consuming a small number of chocolates left on the shelf, I was charged an excessively high price. When I raised this issue and explained that I had received confirmation from a staff member, I was informed that the information provided was incorrect and that I should not have relied on it. Instead, I was told I should have referred to a note in the room, which was neither clearly visible nor brought to my attention. This situation was both misleading and unfair, and future guests should be cautious to avoid similar issues.
Based on this experience, I would not consider returning and would be reluctant to recommend this hotel to others.

I had a very pleasant stay. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, and the reception and lobby area created a welcoming atmosphere. Breakfast was good and offered a nice variety.

The location is a big advantage — very close to the seaside, perfect for relaxing walks or a morning run. It’s also within walking distance to the train station, which makes getting around easy. Airport transport arranged via Booking.com worked smoothly as well.

Overall, a convenient and relaxing place to stay, especially if you enjoy being near the water.

Отель оставил исключительно положительные впечатления. Сервис здесь на действительно высоком уровне: персонал внимательный, доброжелательный, всегда готов помочь, и в целом создаётся ощущение искреннего гостеприимства.

Отдельно хочется отметить завтраки — они разнообразные и продуманные. Особенно приятно, что омлет готовят прямо при гостях, а также есть возможность приготовить овощи по своему вкусу. При желании завтрак можно заказать прямо в номер, что добавляет комфорта и уюта.

Спа-зона заслуживает особой похвалы: хамам, финская сауна, тропический душ, тёплый бассейн и удобные лежаки — всё это доступно бесплатно. Атмосфера расслабляющая, чисто, приятно находиться. Массажи предлагаются за дополнительную плату, а фитнес-центр можно посещать без ограничений.

В целом отель очень уютный, везде чисто, приятные ароматы, спокойная и располагающая атмосфера. Персонал постоянно улыбается, что создаёт ощущение заботы и комфорта. Отличное место для отдыха, куда хочется вернуться снова.
