Pros:

Good rooms and nice view (if you pay!). Nice outdoor pool and good housekeeping staff. Free carpark.

Cons:

Major: it is a non-alcoholic hotel and this was not advertised or informed. So if you plan to relax in hotel after a nice trip in Istanbul, get ready to have coffee or tea.
Inexperienced and not kind staff made all things worse of course. TV remotes were not working, toilets had some kind of sewage smell coming through.
Almost nothing accessible by walk around the hotel except the seaside but I would not say it is secure and safe to walk there.
In the pool, expect that you will not feel ok as a woman due to the profile of people and concept of the hotel.
You pay this much and the only good thing you get is bed and room, so any budget b&b could offer the same.
