Not recommended unless you don’t have any option in this region. Not a good choice at all!
Cons:

They tried to cheat me, asked to pay more than the price agreed with booking.com

Despite I had book the hotel a month ago, I had to go through this situation.

The reception/reservation team bothered me upon arrival and after having long discussions, they apologised and blamed booking.com for not fetching correct price details of them. And I was informed that the price confusion was sorted out. However, to my surprise they demanded me to pay more money during check out, saying that their system was showing a different price.

Though I informed that I have an early morning flight and this delay at reception may push me to face morning traffic. There was hardly some soft concerns from them and they made me to wait for long time then it usually takes during check out. As a result, I had to rush and run at airport my flight to Bangalore from there I had a connecting flight to my destination.

Convening comfortable hotel with excellent breakfast buffet
Pros:

Rooms were nice and spacious. Breakfast outstanding with local and western options

Cons:

Had a hard time regulating aircon. Had to turn it off because too cold. The entire hotel was a bit too cold in my opinion

Pros:

Das Personal war sehr bemüht und freundlich. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Damen an der Rezeption Ms. Oyendrila und Ms. Tapaja, die hilfsbereit mit Rat und Tat zu Seite standen.
Das Essen, sowohl Frühstück als auch Abendessen, war vielfältig und sehr gut.

Thoroughly professional services and warm staff.
Pros:

Absolutely best staff all throughout the services from Entry, security staff, housekeeping, reception and restaurant. Stayed there for 5 nights on a work trip and was very happy and comfortable to have stayed at Vivanta Kolkata

Pros:

Prime Location. You can cabs all day & night without any hassel.

Cons:

There was no Greetings from any hotel staff to the customers. Not a single smile on anyone's face. Team looked very demotivated and unhappy all the times. Didn't look as if we were staying at Taj property

Just to say it was good. Food quality was good. As a five-star hotel swimming pool was not working!
Pros:

Breakfast and dinner were very good. Restaurant was very friendly. Debtirtha is a man who remembered me well and his behavior was very nice.

Cons:

Regarding the room... room was not very large but not bad. Toilet flash system not very good. please repair it. As front desk staff Ms Oyendrila was extremely helpful and very friendly. Thanks to her. Roshni was not very helpful.
