Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable. Had dinner and breakfast buffet and it was plentiful and tasty. The bar and lobby also looked cosy, but didn't get a chance to experience it.

Its convenient and I am creature of habit. So I stay.
Pros:

Room cleaning not up to the mark - I found a pea nut that I dropped on Sunday eve still there on Wed mor. Breakfast spread is passable & there should be seperate arrangements for MICE groups - ele guest like me could not get a proper BF yesterday (24 June) due to the rush. I can't make out why takes so long to check in a regular guest like me.

Pros:

It was quiet and peaceful. Staff was very polite and not fake with the fake smile. Tapasha in FO was very polite and helped me with my booking after my booking.com reservation was cancelled on the day of my check in.
