Wonderful stay with family!
Pros:

Excellent stay with helpful and courteous staff during Republic Day long weekend. Special thanks to General Manager Mr Tiwari, Ms Teressa Shaw, In-Room Dining team for helping us sterilise our baby’s bottles and Housekeeping team for maintaining our room very well.

Money sucking machine
Pros:

Food quality and taste was good in banquet halls

Cons:

The staff was money minded, harassing us for peanuts amount of money and giving our suite rooms to another customers since we were delayed and absolutely no support on complaints resolution.
