We had a very good experience made memorable by most of the staff.
Only thing we did not like was the Bengali Cuisine and the Chef did not do much to make it up to us.

Whenever I am in Kolkata for an annual trip my go-to is IHCL.
For the past few years I had been booking Taj (especially Citi Center).
This time I wanted a change and so I booked Vivanta.
As this was going to be the first time, I was not sure what to expect.
For one, I was told this was far from the airport and two, I was travelling with my father, who is 94.
The hotel did not disappoint me.
From the time I was at the lobby, I was able to smoothly check-in and was allotted the room. I had requested for some items, and everything had been taken care of.
For the evening dinner at the hotel, I loved the spread of the buffet.
The food was tasty, delicious and great options.
Thanks to the hotel we have piled on a lot of weight.
The breakfast was equally great.
I stayed at the hotel for a week, and I was a bit reluctant to go back home - I would miss the hospitality of the hotel.
Hope to come back soon.

Had a fantastic stay at Vivanta EM Bypass Kolkata. The location is very convenient, making it easy to access key areas of the city.
The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and very comfortable. Amenities provided were excellent and thoughtfully arranged to ensure a pleasant stay. Cleanliness across the property was top-notch and truly commendable.
