Could do with better double glazing and sound proofing could hear people next door night and morning

Pros:

Rooms were very modern and very clean. Staff very friendly. Rooms were also very quiet. Had to stay here due to storms knocking out power for a few days at my house. This place helped to make my stay comfortable.

The location.

Cons:

I was never reimbursed my $20 for accidental, we didnt even use the room except to change clothes after the pool as we had a dinner reservation then ended up having to check out a few hrs later due to babysitter needing to leave. The room had an extremely noisy ac motor on the wall from outside and the room wasn't the cleanest, unfortunately, it looked thrown together and the carpet was dirty.

I would stay again.
Pros:

Hotel was very clean, and the staff was very friendly and pleasant.

Cons:

The person on my floor that was cleaning the rooms was dressed like a gang member, bagging pants hanging down and dressed unprofessionally. I put my do not disturb sign out because I didn’t want him in my room.

Pros:

This is one of the quietest hotels we've ever stayed in. The room was comfortable and had a nice layout. Staff was great. The only thing keeping it from being excellent were the stains on the carpet in the room and hallways. Still recommend it.

My husband and I stayed here while in town for a wedding. The hotel met our expectations; all of the staff were friendly and helpful, the bed was comfortable and everything was clean.
