A very successful trip. 100% satisfaction.
Pros:

The restaurant and the service were excellent. At the end, the hotel owner herself gave us some sandwiches and a packed lunch. It was very kind of her.
The waiters at this restaurant are brilliant! That’s exactly how it should be!
Remember, you have to ask the waiter for coffee!!! There’s no extra charge, and you’ll get the best coffee.

Cons:

Swimming in the pool is only permitted if you are wearing a plastic bag or a swimming cap. There is no designated area for preparing – hot waxing – ski equipment. The staff are unwilling to assist with this.

This vacation Was wonderful
Pros:

The most wonderful hotel in the Dolomites I've ever stayed in. Beautifully situated, very friendly service, excellent food, and a wonderful wellness and spa area. The real gem is the hotel owner, Silvana, who talks to each guest and makes them feel special.

Fantastic, all we hoped for
Pros:

Everything. As always everything and everyone were wonderful. The staff are always so helpful. The drivers are always great, dropping us off to organise our ski hire when we arrived. Running us into the centre in the evening and collecting us after our meal. The dining room and bar staff are also really friendly and very helpful. Signora Lorenzetti is wonderful, has great attention to details and always checks with all the guests to make sure all is well. Will hopefully return again.

Great hotel experience
Pros:

I had a fantastic three‑night stay at Hotel Lorenzetti. We arrived very late, tired and hungry, and were warmly greeted by several staff members who had stayed up specifically to check us in and show us to our room. The room itself—an unexpected free upgrade—was lovely, with extremely comfortable beds. A delicious spread had been left out for us, which was such a thoughtful touch before a much‑needed night’s sleep.

The room was spotless, the shower was excellent, and overall the food in the hotel was superb. Breakfast was very good, but dinner was truly outstanding each evening. We also really enjoyed the spa area and the pool, perfect for soothing tired legs after a day on the slopes.
Every member of staff we met was friendly and welcoming, and they created a genuinely warm atmosphere throughout our stay. The only slight negative was the shuttle bus driver, who was a bit on the grumpy side.

A special mention must go to the owner, who is exceptionally kind. She personally came down to wish us well on departure and even gave us two delicious cakes each to take home. She clearly cares about her guests and makes them feel valued.

I would love to return to Madonna di Campiglio, and I would definitely choose to stay at Hotel Lorenzetti again.

Pros:

Tutto perfetto, dalla simpatia e professionalità dei camerieri in sala alla dolcezza e gentilezza della proprietaria. Struttura stupenda, un albergo di montagna che ti fa sentire davvero in montagna, camera bellissima, spa e centro benessere eccellenti. Per non parlare della bontà della colazione e della cena, preparata e servita con cura da ristorante di alto livello. Posizione comodissima, vicino agli impianti a cui si può arrivare grazie al servizio navetta dell'hotel con il simpaticissimo e disponibilissimo Giovanni. Infine la meraviglia del panorama visibile dall'albergo. Consiglio vivamente a tutti di soggiornare all'hotel Lorenzetti. Un caro saluto a tutto il personale della struttura e grazie ancora per questa bellissima esperienza.

Posto incantevole e ben curato nei minimi dettagli
Pros:

Situata al inizio del paese fuori dal centro era la scelta migliore per stare tranquilli dal rumore e casino
Visto che c’era il servizio navetta.

Cons:

L’accoglienza è il personale sempre disponibile e cordiale.
Anche la SPA molto bella
La signora Lorenzetti ancora presente con tanto amore che trasmette ai clienti e suoi dipendenti.
