The best stay in Switzerland!
Pros:

ハネムーンと伝えるておくと、ベッドをハートにして迎えてくれた。
朝ごはんが本当に豪華で美味しくて、自分で作る生搾りオレンジジュースもとてもおいしかった。
本当に最高の思い出になった。

Such a beautiful hotel! Spacious room, comfortable beds, excellent sauna, steam room and relaxing area. Absolute splendid breakfast, pick-up and drop-off at station, location, staff!!

A perfect spot!
Pros:

The location is wonderful. A very short walk from the train station. They also have a shuffle that can come get you. The view of the Matterhorn, off of our balcony, was amazing. Friendly, helpful staff. Beautiful lobby and room!

Great location and staff that delivers.
Pros:

The staff was amazing and provided great recommendations for dinner. They had a nice selection of breakfast items. It was a great location. We LOVED that the hotel provided pick up and drop off from the train station. A real blessing. We also really enjoyed the sauna space. It was lovely after a long day of hiking.

Cons:

It would have been better to have access to coffee yourself. And although it was cool to do your own OJ, it didn't work very well. It wasn't easy for staff to see when things ran out in the breakfast containers. I started leaving the lids off to the side hoping they would see a refill was needed.

Pros:

Die Lage, das Balkonzimmer mit wunderbarem Matterhornblick und sehr bequemen Betten, das ausgezeichnete Frühstück im sehr gemütlichen Frühstücksraum, der tolle Skiraum und das herzliche Personal.

Very charming - traditional Swiss Chalet vibe! Service was amazing! Would stay again and recommend
Pros:

The hotel was very charming and clean! The staff were exceptionally pleasant and helpful, answering questions for me prior to our arrival and during our stay! The breakfast was yummy and had many options to choose from. The location was great too! I would recommend it to friends and family!

We wished there had been a hot tub.
