Pros:

They have pick up service from the train station, the hotel is very near the bridge to take a photo of the Matterhorn and the breakfast is very good. The whole place is clean and cute.

Cons:

The whole check in process felt very AI, had to fill in a lot of details prior to arriving. And the room we booked has “Matterhorn view” but we can only see the tip of the Matterhorn.

Pros:

Extremely friendly and very helpful staff. They went above and beyond with restaurant recommendations and service.
The view on the Matterhorn was beautiful and they served one of the best breakfast we have ever had.
On our last day we went on the Gornergrat Nostalgie Tour ending at the train station. A member of staff was waiting there with our luggage for our onward travel so that we didn't have to detour back to the hotel.
High praise to all of the team. We will definitely come again.
