Very charming - traditional Swiss Chalet vibe! Service was amazing! Would stay again and recommend
Pros:

The hotel was very charming and clean! The staff were exceptionally pleasant and helpful, answering questions for me prior to our arrival and during our stay! The breakfast was yummy and had many options to choose from. The location was great too! I would recommend it to friends and family!

We wished there had been a hot tub.

Pros:

They have pick up service from the train station, the hotel is very near the bridge to take a photo of the Matterhorn and the breakfast is very good. The whole place is clean and cute.

Cons:

The whole check in process felt very AI, had to fill in a lot of details prior to arriving. And the room we booked has “Matterhorn view” but we can only see the tip of the Matterhorn.
