Comfortable stay for family Zermatt
Pros:

Our 4 family room consists of 2 en suite bedrooms on 2 floors. Really convenient for family with teenagers who wanted a bit of privacy. Everything was great and breakfast was really good. Although no Matterhorn view, the mountains seen from the skylights in the loft room were amazing.

朝食がすごく良かった。チェックアウトの後、駅まで送ってくれた。雨だったのでとても助かった。日本人橋にも近い。部屋にバスローブとスリッパ、コンディショナーもあったのは素晴らしい。バスタブ付きで良かった。

朝食会場にハエがいた。部屋が少し暗かった(でも雰囲気が良かった)

Pros:

The hotel is very nicely decorated, and the rooms are comfy. The breakfast was also very good.

Cons:

The check-in process is very annoying, having to type information on a phone while the receptionist waits doesn't make sense. It would be nicer to have the reception type the information themselves. I was also not happy to have to upload a picture of my ID on a web site I don't know.

A great stay, one to recommend.
Pros:

This is a really lovely, family run hotel. Beautifully decorated, relaxed and welcoming. We visited in Summer but would also be so cosy in Winter. Lovely comfy lounge and dining area. Nice little garden to sit in. Fabulous breakfast. The service was great. Room was quiet, beds were comfortable. We had a room with a great layout for us travelling as a family. It’s in a quiet little spot in Zermatt but only a couple minutes walk from the centre. Very nice sauna and steam room downstairs with an area to relax. Free shuttle service to and from the train station. We would highly recommend this for your Zermatt stay.

Cons:

Not to sure about the glass bathroom door - it is frosted though.

Such a charming yet modern hotel! The breakfast was fantastic, beds were comfortable and the staff so accommodating!! Love the touch of discos and heart motif!

We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel! We wished we had more time here!
Pros:

We appreciated all of the special touches like our name being on a pin to place on a map, Lindt chocolate bars, afternoon tea and the attention to service. Our breakfast was also wonderful.

Cons:

You might consider leaving the cushions on the furniture in the courtyard so that people could enjoy that space any time of day but really, everything was fantastic!

Pros:

Amazing place to stay in Zermatt. Beautiful boutique hotel with really nice decore which really sets the scene for your time in Zermatt.
The mattahorn peak was visible from our balcony which was a nice little surprise. The location is perfect for accessing everything. Highly recommend this place for your Swiss Alps visit.
