Extremely friendly and very helpful staff. They went above and beyond with restaurant recommendations and service.
The view on the Matterhorn was beautiful and they served one of the best breakfast we have ever had.
On our last day we went on the Gornergrat Nostalgie Tour ending at the train station. A member of staff was waiting there with our luggage for our onward travel so that we didn't have to detour back to the hotel.
High praise to all of the team. We will definitely come again.

Charmant hôtel à Zermatt très bien situé et très agréable pour une semaine de ski
Pros:

L'hôtel est petit et est charmant. Nous avions une superbe chambre en dupleix avec vue sur le Cervin. Vraiment très agréable. L'hôtel est également très bien situé. Le personnel est charmant.

RAS (l n'y a pas de piscine, mais on le savait :-)

Ubicación fantástica, tienes todo cerca!
Nos gustó mucho la habitación familiar con puerta que independiza la cama adicional, todo muy limpio y la decoración linda.
Desayuno muy completo con productos de buena calidad.
Buen servicio, coordinan recogida en la Estación cuando llegas y te vas de Zermatt.
Un hotel con lindos detalles, y si tienes suerte puedes ver a las Hermanas trabajando en equipo, gran inspiración de Empresa Familiar!!

Pros:

Nous avons adoré notre nuitée au Chesa Valese by Sisters ! Le personnel est très réactif et arrangeant. Nous avons pu nous libérer de nos bagages sans même passer par l’hôtel pour partir skier directement le jour de notre arrivée ce qui était très pratique. L’hôtel est idéalement situé au centre et au calme. Il est très joliment décoré, charmant et tout est propre. Il y règne une atmosphère reposante. La vue sur le Cervin depuis notre chambre était magique. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le spa après notre journée de ski. Le petit déjeuner est excellent et propose un vaste choix. Merci particulièrement à Sophia, pour son accueil et sa gentillesse.

Cons:

Nous aurions apprécié pouvoir accéder à l’espace bien être le matin avant notre départ. Celui-ci ouvre pour l’instant à 16:00.
