Perfect
Pros:

Zermatt is already a magical destination, but what truly made this trip exceptional was the warmth and professionalism of the team at this hotel. From the moment we arrived with our little one, the receptionist greeted us with such genuine warmth and care.

스위스 여행중 제일 만족스러웠던 호텔.
Pros:

아침식사는 다양한재료, 떨어지는 음식을 제때 채워주고, 관리가 잘됨. 스위스 묵었던 호텔 중 최고였음. 프런트 관리, 식당관리 잘되고 커피를 원하는데로 주문하여 마실수 있었음. 오렌지를 직접 갈아서 먹을 수 있는것은 인상적이었음. 위치는 터미널에서 약 10분정도 걸어가야하는데 거리가 멀지 않아 어렵지 않게 호텔 도착 가능 하였음. 이용하지 않았지만 미리예약하면 shuttle 서비스도 제공함.

Cons:

1층이라 마테호른이 보이지 않았으나, 조금만 나가면 체르마트 대부분의 거리 곳곳에서 잘 볼 수 있어 방에서 마테호른이 보이는지 여부는 체르마트 호텔을 선택하는데 큰 기준이 되지 않았도 될듯함.

Perfect! Will be one of our best memories of our Switzerland journey.
Pros:

From the moment we arrived we felt like we were visiting family. The welcome we received was truly above and beyond. We were picked up at the train station and brought directly to the hotel. The driver was another great addition to the staff, he was helpful and kind. You cannot beat the location, we were very please with how close we were to everything. The breakfast bar was wonderful with so many options. Wish we had more time in Zermatt just so we could stay here longer.

Cons:

I would Absolutely not change a thing, Chesa Valese by Sisters Zermatt takes hospitality to a whole new level.

It has been our favorite spot so far! We absolutely loved it!
Pros:

The room was wonderful and the snacks in the afternoon were such a nice touch!

The breakfast was wonderful with lots of variety, which was so nice with having kids.

Pros:

期待以上でした。とても素敵なホテルでした。スタッフもとても親切で質の高いホテルと見受けられました。朝食もとても豪華でした。
3人で泊まりましたが、1人用の小部屋みたいになっていたのが、プライバシーも有り良かったです。窓も複合硝子なので、外の音も全く聞こえませんでした。

Cons:

バスルームの扉が磨りガラス。誰かが夜中に使用すると音、光が漏れる。気を使って、電気を付けずに入っていました。

ハネムーンと伝えるておくと、ベッドをハートにして迎えてくれた。
朝ごはんが本当に豪華で美味しくて、自分で作る生搾りオレンジジュースもとてもおいしかった。
本当に最高の思い出になった。
