Great hotel, amazing breakfast but could be better
Pros:

We booked last minute and got a deal on Sunday to Monday stay. The check in lady was a bit grumpy with us and another older couple just checking in. Not very accomodating or pleasant. Older couple needed help with requested online check in and we ended helping them as she was unwilling.
Apart of that hotel was nice; we did not get to use spa as it was not open up to 22:00 as stated on line, but closed early at 20:00.
The room was clean, tastefully decorated and the bed was great. The breakfast and morning reception staff were all very very nice and helpful. The breakfast was plentiful, fresh and delicious. A bit big plus for this hotel. Would we return; most probably yes. We assumed the Sunday afternoon lady was just unhappy that she needed to work that day. We had tee before bed and as she was leaving we had to say goodnight to her as she would just left without goodbye. Not what you expect from hospitality staff at 4star hotel.

Des produits et un choix de qualités , un buffet ou vous trouverez tout votre bonheur pour bien commencé votre journée.
Le service pour les boisssons chaudes nous est servi à table, la serveuse est revenue vers nous pour nous reproposer du café ou autre sans qu'on est a lui demandé,merci beaucoup, c'est un service irréprochable que beaucoup de personnes devraient s'en servir, encore un grand MERCI!

Pros:

Wonderful room, warm, clean, and comfy. The balcony was lovely. Beautiful touches with the love hearts. Enjoyed our stay. The taxi's to the train station was great!

Pros:

Excellent breakfast! Great food, fresh, and many options. The room was comfortable and clean. We were three friends staying together, so just keep in mind that the tinted restroom doors don't offer full privacy when using the bathrooms, but we made it work. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Would love to come back and stay again!

All in all, a wonderful experience. Would stay here again.
Pros:

We very. much enjoyed our stay at the Chesa Valese in Zermatt. The location was perfect - far enough from the main hustle and bustle but just a short walk to the train station, restaurants and shops. The pick-up and drop-off at the train station was an added bonus. Breakfasts were tasty and satisfying.

Cons:

My only complaint - and it's minor - is the door to the bathroom was glass and although it had a design on the glass it was still easy enough to see through. Not a problem if it's just you and your spouse but my sister was traveling with us so we just had to be polite about it.

Pros:

Breakfast was lovely. Lovely hotel and friendly and accomodating staff. Was such a plus to have the shuttle to pick us up and drop us off.

There's no air-conditioning, I suffer from sinus allergies so if is warm it gets hot and make it difficult to breathe.
