Helaas niet wat we ervan verwachtten

Locatie, dichtbij Baggelhuizerplas en zwembad

Haman sauna- stoombad buiten werking
Terrasdeur moeizaam te openen en defect
Medewerker aan balie traag en onvriendelijk
Was een verbouwing waar van te voren niets over is vermeld

Mooi hotel met uitstekende faciliteiten
Pros:

Ik ben hier vaker geweest het personeel is erg vriendelijk en de kamers zijn val alle gemakken voorzien.

Cons:

Deze keer (vaker dit hotel bezocht) had ik de pech dat mijn kamer precies lag naast de kamers die gerenoveerd worden. Veel lawaai in de vroege ochtend van bouwgeluiden......je kan een keer pech hebben ;-)

TOP! Wir kommen wieder!
Pros:

Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut. Sehr große Auswahl. Fruchtsäfte die den Namen auch tragen dürfen, Personal dass auch ein Frühstücksei frisch backen. Ich bin TOP zufrieden!

Cons:

Da fällt mir beim besten Willen nichts ein... Saubere Zimmer, kompetentes Personal, sehr gutes Restaurant, gute Parkmöglichkeiten.

Prima en nuttig
Pros:

De vriendelijkheid, alertheid en de servicegerichtheid van het personeel is voortreffelijk. Ik zou zeggen, ik dacht dat het alleen nog in Dubai kon, maar in Assen dus blijkbaar ook!

Cons:

In het gebouw werd verbouwd. Geen last van tijdens slapen, maar wellness alleen bereikbaar buiten om in je zwembroek?

Gewoon goed.
Pros:

Alles was prima in orde, zoals we dat gewend zijn bij Van de Valk in Assen

Cons:

Het ontbijt was deze keer niet goed. De keuze was beperkter dan anders maar wat vooral storend was is het feit dat er het laatste half uur niets meer werd aangevuld waardoor we oa misgrepen op sap en yoghurt. Dan moet niet kunnen want betaald er flink voor. Hopelijk was het een eenmalige misser..
