The hotel has an excellent location, right in the heart of the city, making it very easy to explore everything on foot. Being so central is definitely its biggest advantage and makes it a very convenient choice for a city break.
However, the welcome and overall communication could have been better. I specifically asked whether the water provided was complimentary and was told that it was. Unfortunately, at checkout, I was then surprised to find that they were trying to charge me for it. This was disappointing and could easily have been avoided with clearer communication from the beginning.
Overall, a great central location, but the guest experience and transparency around additional charges definitely need some improvement.

The water in the fridge is not free. The cleaner tops it up daily to 1 bottle per person. There is also 1 bottle of pineapple juice and 1 peach. Again these are topped up daily but chargeable. The hotel should let you know about this.
Location - very central so excellent but we were in room 503 and you could not sleep as it was very noisy outside, every night especially Friday night.
We had breakfast once. This was a mistake. It was the worse breakfast I’ve ever had in a hotel. In the lift, there is a picture of their breakfast, more than half the ingredients they do not have. I spoke to reception about this when checking out, she said it was just a photo but not of their breakfasts! The selection is more catered for Europeans than English.
Location was really good
1) trash was not clean up everyday
2) cafe supply was not refilled everyday
3) passenger elevator cabin is so loudy

There was a hole in the bathroom ceiling, and water was leaking onto the toilet. The bathroom needs renovation.
