Excellent location, helpful friendly staff, room needs hooks and more shelves, pet friendly
Pros:

The location could not be better, The staff was helpful, friendly and very kind. The ski room is super handy. Our room had a nice balcony with a view of the mountain--ideal for the drone show. The hotel dogs were awesome. The breakfast was very good with lots of options for different palates.

Cons:

Our room was missing hooks and shelves. Make sure you bring your own amenities like conditioner and tissue which is something you do not think about at the price point. The hairdryer was terrible. We would have loved a small fridge. Pillows were not the best.

Très bon séjour, on reviendra certainement !
Pros:

Emplacement , très proche du téléphérique , du centre ville, des commerces, restaurants etc...
Chambre avec vue superbe, petit déjeuner copieux et très bon, restaurant très bon aussi et personnel accueillant et fort sympathique .

Cons:

Petite rénovation extérieure mettrait certainement le bâtiment en valeur . Il en est de même pour les chambres et des équipements supplémentaires , une bouilloire dans la chambre par exemple, serait très appréciable .

Warm welcome in a classic ski lodge in a stellar setting
Pros:

It is a classic traditional ski lodge in a beautiful mountain setting. The ebullient host is welcoming and generous. Our large terrace, sunny and warm on a chilly afternoon in October, was splendid with views of the mountains around and the slopes in changing colors. Equipped with a table and chairs and a folding lounger where we enjoyed our champagne, it felt a little like paradise.
The bed is huge and comfortable with great pillows and a cosy duvet for the cold night at altitude. The excellent large screen TV has a large array of international channels with connections possible to NetFlix etc. The breakfast was included with excellent croissants and bread, jam and Nutella, cereals, teas and good coffee. Eggs were offered as well and cooked to order.
As we were there in off-season, the host even offered us a late check-out on the house in case we wanted to stay to hike - which was very tempting. We left with regret we weren’t staying longer.
