Nel cuore di tarifa! Posizione ottimale. Si trova in una piazza e ci si arriva a piedi attraverso i vicoletti. Il navigatore a volte si perdeva. L’appartamento è soppalcato con scala a chiocciola non troppo comoda. Mancano gli armadi ed in quattro è un po’ angusto anche perché il climatizzatore è installato nella parte soppalcata mancando al piano inferiore. Per una notte va bene. Bagno cieco. Bello il terrazzo ma si accede da una porticina piccola e scomoda bisogna abbassare la testa. Staff cordiale.

Spijtig dat het privé dakterras zo moeilijk te bereiken was. Zeer steile trap. Niet echt veilig.

De trap naar het dakterras was super steil en eerder gevaarlijk. Badkamer was heel klein. Wc- bril hing los. Geen info over werking airco. Wel onmiddellijk geholpen na telefonisch contact. Geen koffiemachine.

Good location and nice room and like the terrace, but i chose it for that exact reason

Cons:

The code wouldn’t work, the automatic check in is not good for the amount we paid for the room. Plus doesn’t feel safe with just a code on the door and bot being able to lock it.

As well as the fact that we were kept awake most of the night because the upstairs neighbours were very noisy.

Apartamento mínimo, tão pequeno que uma das gavetas do armário nem fecha por não ter espaço porque a cabeceira da cama ocupa o espaço que a gaveta necessita para fechar, como se ve na fotografia, velho e desgastado, situado numa praça muito central, tão central que é onde uma grande parte de actividades nocturnas se situa, 4 bares/restaurantes/discoteca, 2 dos restaurantes abertos até à meia noite, um dos bares até ás 3:00 e a discoteca abre à 1:00 e fecha ás 7:00. Barulho e movimento até altas horas da manhã. Um horror que não é indicado em nenhum lado da descrição.

Nuestra experiencia en este apartamento fue bastante decepcionante.

Antes de reservar, elegimos este alojamiento porque en las fotografías aparecía una cafetera de cápsulas y un dispensador/máquina de agua. Sin embargo, al llegar nos encontramos con que la cafetera era una cafetera italiana muy pequeña y el dispensador de agua no existía. Consideramos que el anuncio no reflejaba fielmente el equipamiento real del apartamento.

Además, al día siguiente, después de que entraran las limpiadoras a hacer la habitación, encontramos un rollo de papel higiénico manchado en el baño. Le hicimos una fotografía porque nos pareció un hecho inaceptable desde el punto de vista de la higiene.

Reservamos el apartamento para tres personas. Finalmente solo nos alojamos dos, pero comprobamos el sofá cama que se ofrecía como tercera cama y resultó ser extremadamente pequeño. Una vez abierto, prácticamente no cabía una persona adulta; incluso yo, que mido 1,51 m, apenas podía acomodarme. No consideramos que sea una cama adecuada para un tercer huésped.

Como aspecto positivo, la ubicación es muy buena y el apartamento es tranquilo, por lo que no tuvimos problemas de ruido.

Sin embargo, la limpieza y la diferencia entre el equipamiento anunciado y el realmente disponible hacen que nuestra valoración sea negativa. Creemos que el anuncio debería reflejar con mayor precisión las instalaciones del apartamento y que la limpieza debería cuidarse mucho más.
