La experiencia fue inaceptable debido a las graves deficiencias del establecimiento, que afectaron directamente a nuestra salud:

Insalubridad y presencia de moho: La habitación presentaba humedades severas. Como persona alérgica a los hongos de la humedad, sufrí ataques de tos y rinitis durante toda la noche. Al amanecer, ambas nos despertamos con malestar general, mareos y congestión debido a la mala calidad del aire.

Falta de climatización: El aire acondicionado no funcionaba, obligándonos a pasar la noche a una temperatura extremadamente baja sin ninguna alternativa de calefacción.

Das Bett war sehr gut
Ich hatte eine kleine Wohnung in 2 Stockwerke gehabt. Es gab 1 Balkon zum Hof und eine Terrasse die oben beim Schlafzimmer sich befindet.
Die Küche ist Zweckmässig ausgestattet. Ich habe Frühstück gemacht.
Die Reinigungsdame Rosaria, war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sonst hat es kein Personal vor Ort gehabt.

Cons:

Leider kann man das Wetter nicht ändern und ich hier in Februar während Überschwemmungen und Dauer Regen. Somit zeigt es sich, daß hier die Häuser nicht so gut im Stand sind. Die Wände und Böden haben von Feuchtigkeit getrieben und es hat sich langsam Schimmelpilz entwickelt. Ich war 5 Tage in einem mittlerem Zimmer, da war es weniger schlimm. Aber als ich für 2 Tage in ein Eckzimmer mit Außenwände wurde es sehr schlimm. Leider musste ich wegen Reparaturen das erste Zimmer verlassen. Ich habe Zimmer im oberen Stock angeschaut, wo überall Wasser war, es hat hereingeregnet. Dort wollte die Verantwortliche mit der ich über WhatsApp Kontakt hatte, das ich wohnen soll.....vielleicht hat sie es nicht gewusst.
Im Sommer würde ich hier nicht wohnen wollen. Im Hof liegen 3 Bars/Restaurants und der Mombasa Club und da wird es wohl extrem laut und schwierig zum schlafen. Wenn man Party machen will, dann ist es vor die Tür und perfekt!

Cons:

Mi sono basato sui commenti di booking tutti 10 , ma non erano corretti. La struttura conta 8 stanze , tutte diverse tra loro , quindi non è corretto affermare se bene o male. Definirle suite è fuorviante , una suite non può misurare 12 mq. e per arrivarci devi fare 6 rampe di scale. La stanza dove ho soggiornato aveva le dimensioni di una roulotte e per arrivare al terrazzo si doveva spingere verticalmente una porta molto pesante.
