Pros:

Als Schiunterkunft mehr als ideal!! Die Apartments sind sehr sauber und neu gestaltet. Es sind alle relevanten Küchen Utensilien vorhanden. Das Bett empfanden wir als sehr bequem. Es sind ausreichend Decken und Polster zusätzlich vorhanden. Die Unterkunft ist 2!! Minuten von der Gondelbahn entfernt. Einige negative Dinge die hier beschrieben wurden sind meiner Ansicht nach als NICHT zutreffend zu bezeichnen: Die Frau an der Rezeption ist sehr freundlich.. erklärt einem alles auch in Englisch .. sie hat sicher "ihr System" mit Hinterlegung einer Kaution in BAR ... aber das ist kein Problem. Die Tiefgarage kostet 25 € für eine ganze!! Woche... diesen Betrag bezahlt man in Zermatt für einen einzelnen Tag!! Es ist sehr gut geheizt... Warmwasser Mangel wie beschrieben konnten wir nicht feststellen! Die Unterkunft ist sehr beliebt bei Gästen aus Polen und Tschechien ....

De locatie is top. Dicht bij de liftjes en daardoor kan je de auto laten staan. Appartement was schoon.

Komfortowy, bardzo blisko stoku, z pysznymi śniadaniami, dobrą kawą i świetną obsługą.
Pros:

Byłem w Residence Kristall ze znajomymi i pobyt wspominamy bardzo pozytywnie. Obiekt jest zadbany, komfortowy i dobrze sprawdza się zarówno na krótki, jak i dłuższy pobyt. Ogromnym atutem jest bardzo bliska odległość do wyciągu narciarskiego, co czyni to miejsce idealnym dla narciarzy.

Na szczególne wyróżnienie zasługują śniadania przygotowywane przez Martę — świeże, różnorodne i przygotowane z dużą starannością, a do tego bardzo dobra kawa, która świetnie dopełniała poranki. Każdy dzień zaczynał się tam naprawdę przyjemnie.

Sama Marta to osoba niezwykle kontaktowa, pomocna i życzliwa — zawsze uśmiechnięta i gotowa pomóc w każdej sytuacji. To właśnie tacy ludzie tworzą wyjątkową, domową atmosferę.

Dodatkowym plusem jest ski room, w którym można wygodnie przechowywać narty i sprzęt po dniu spędzonym na stoku, a także parking wliczony w cenę pobytu, co znacząco podnosi komfort.

Zdecydowanie polecam Residence Kristall i chętnie wrócę tam ponownie.

Cons:

Nie było niczego, co mogłoby zepsuć pobyt — wszystko było na bardzo dobrym poziomie.
Jedynym minusem był krótki czas pobytu, który sprawił, że chciałbym zostać dłużej.

Tutto sommato buona struttura.

Il punto è bellissimo ,in 30 minuti di auto si possono visitare tanti posti stupendi.

Cons:

In fase di prenotazione mi è sfuggito il fatto che gli ospiti devono lavare le stoviglie,tazzine, e tutto ciò che viene utilizzato in cucina di proprietà della struttura, prima di lasciare la stanza.
Pena € 50 detratti dalla caparra.
Il motivo è semplice , questa parte è scritta solo in inglese .
Visto che siamo in Italia sarebbe giusto se venisse scritto in italiano.
Giusto per non fare figura di m.....

Perfect location. Professional service and support from personnel. Ski lift, restaurant in 2 mins walking distance, shops in 10 mins walking distance. perfect for winter holidays for ski and snowboarding lovers.

Pros:

The location is perfect, the ski lift is across the road. The room is nice and clean with small kitchen corner. Ski room for the equipment is available.

Cons:

It would be good to have some dishwashing liquids, sponge/rag and trash bags in the room.
Ski room does not have heating/drying system for boots, only lockers for the equipment.
Breakfast option would be nice to have. It seems they have small cafe which is closed.

The room was completely newly furnished, comfortable bed, kitchenette, frige, dishwasher, dishes, larger shower, working wifi, TV, ski storage room with a locker.
Excellent position to the cable car 150-200 m.
