Very Clean and Comfortable Room in an Excellent Location.
Pros:

Excellent location, very clean and comfortable room. Reception was friendly and helpful. Communication via text messages was excellent, provided everything I needed to know in terms of security/access and parking.
Room was “compact” but well organized, not crowded and had everything I needed. Very welcoming and boutique feel to the whole place. High quality throughout, but still casual.
Comfortable common areas to hang out on both the first and second floors, and also a nice outdoor space with fire table in the front courtyard.

Cons:

This is certainly not unique to this hotel, but generally speaking I’m always a little “miffed” when ANY hotel charges extra for parking. The room rate is not unreasonable, but it’s not cheap either.
I get it, parking in Frisco is limited and therefore at a premium, and $15 wasn’t terrible, but then again, its not like I had a choice since Frisco doesn’t allow overnight street parking.
Again, not unique to this property, just a common practice for an increasing number of properties that I don't agree with.

Small, eclectic hotel with friendly staff in a wonderful mountain setting.

Charming Mountain Stay
Pros:

This was such a charming stay! The staff was incredibly friendly. At happy hour they offered free beverages and snacks and had live music playing, many guests were gathered to listen and enjoy. The location couldn't be better; it was central to downtown Frisco and easy to drive to Copper Mountain and Breckenridge. Very charming and will be recommending to friends who visit Frisco in the future.

Tolles, kleines, unabhängiges Hotel an zentraler Lage!

Auf vier Buchstaben reduziert: toll!
Direkt an der Main Street, Parkmöglichkeiten in der Parallelstrasse (eigener Parkplatz, kostenpflichtig).
Unkomplizierte, direkte Kommunikation via SMS.
Hilfreiche Infos vor der Ankunft.
Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiterinnen.
Unauffälliges, stilvoll (aber nicht überladen) eingerichtetes Boutique-Hotel.
Zimmer sehr zweckmässig. Gut regulierbare Heizung, Fenster, die sich öffnen lassen.
Self service "Bar" für Heisgetränke.
Happy-Hour täglich 4-6PM, Fr/Sa incl. Live-Musik.

Cons:

Einziges Eventual-Manko: nur ganz wenige Ablageflächen (z.B. für Wäsche).

I doubt we will return.
Pros:

Staff was friendly and it was nice of the to provide entertainment on Xmas Eve

Cons:

The room was very small and not comfortable for a 6' 6" man. Also there was no breakfast provided and ALL of the restaurants were closed on Xmas day. We had to skip our second night and go home so we could eat. Very disappointing.
