Would definitely stay here again
Pros:

Couldn’t ask for a better location—right in the heart of town. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the rooms were clean and well maintained

Very noisy on a weekend, floors were still wet on arrival, couldn’t get the aircons to work and room requires so general maintenance and a good clean.

An overnight business stay which could have been more enjoyable if I’d chosen to stay elsewhere.

Basic room amenities, clean and reasonably well maintained.
Comfortable bed . Nice large TV .
Reception staff were very friendly and informative.

Cons:

Room was very basic and outdated.
Walls are paper thin and outside walkway lighting will keep you awake all night . Bring your earplugs , eye mask and maybe your own full size pillow if you’d like to sleep. Parking is not suitable for vehicles that are higher than 1.9 meters in the hotel’s designated basement park due to clearance restrictions on the down ramp .

Great location no doubt and parking was one of the big ticks given there isn’t much available at Byron Bay

The first room was horrible and smelt like wet dog, we were kindly upgraded by reception. Much better room but cleanliness of a similar standard. Bath had dark ring, walls filthy, and rug and couches pretty dirty
